I always enjoy your enthusiasm. I am very logical and analytical, to a fault perhaps. I took action back at the beginning but just can't seem to get comfortable with it. I love the positive, go get'em attitude. But I'm just being honest here. Some of your techniques I just don't have the personality for. The ones I do, fear takes it grip and hard to shake it. Perhaps the free book will shake me up again. Thanks for giving it.

No one around me thinks this is logical. I am having trouble getting off the ground because it is hard to overcome the naysayers.

motivating, and your words have logic and truth. The best Investment anybody can and should make is definitely in REI. No stocks, nor bonds, nor gold can give a person the assurance of a financially secured future. Emotions do lead us to Action. With the tools, guidance and training materials you provide us, there's no way anybody can fail if we take action. I Believe, I'm Emotional, and I'm Taking Action!

The key to this is how bad do u want it.. your desire your commitment and your goals.. more impotently is don't give up.. one day one week one month.. yeah and if u make a mistake great.. for we all have and you learn from it.. Dean in my eyes is a very humble man that cares to share with us on ways to go out there and have a game plan and reach your goals to add what we all want success.. or time and freedom.. So with this said let's show our self that you can do this and for what ever you want in life here it is.. go get it..

I've been thinking how slack I've been on doing this for some time but still want to do it. I've got the 30 days to cash book. Read it. Loved it.
Now after watching this video, I'm off and running.

What has "sold" me about Real Estate Investing is the logical equation of acquiring correct knowledge and coupling that with action has produced more millionaires than any other business model. I also realize that people fear what they don't understand. Dean, not only have you "sold" me on the belief that I can be a successful R.E.Investor, but you "sold" me on YOU! You have been consistent and passionate about R.E.I and helping others ever since I purchased your book on becoming a R.E. Millionaire some 5 years ago. I purchased a few other products from you and I'm still looking to make my first deal. I think it's logical to not give up and envision myself one day sharing my story of how I've made millions of dollars following your advice and that of other DG family who are making it happen! Blessings.

Dean, thank you for always posting great inspirational challenges. My background is in the closing end of commercial real estate and have wanted to get into the RE investing end of things for a LONG while. I have not had the support of my spouse. I have recently broken free from my abusive alcoholic spouse and correcting my thinking and believing in myself again. I am ready to get moving in my RE investing business.

Thanks so much for all you do. You truly do make a difference in the lifes of those you touch. Thank you from the bottom of my heart - for the sake of me and my sons!!

I like what you said. I would like a copy of your book Totally Fulfilled, but to be honest, I'm on my second pass of 30 days to real estate cash. The first pass was to get the overview. Now I'm going step by step and my goal is to earn $5,000 in assignment fees by June 30, 2012. Preferably sooner because I actually needed the money yesterday. My why is because I need to be able to spend more time with my wife and kids and I need to begin making significant process on building their college funds. I'm sure I'll be popping up on various parts of this site. You have a lot of information here. Thanks for all you have provided. I'm grateful for your help.

I lost 20.3 pounds in 4 weeks when I put my mind to it and I'm hoping to have similar results with increasing my income using what you teach in your books.

My emotion may have caused me to miss out on your online EDGE seminar April 28 because I couldn't understand why I had to pay extra when I was making final payment on your $2000 (approximate) program. I thought that I had a right to attend one of your programs as part of that program cost. I was informed I was mistaken and needed to pay the $495.
Was that an emotional decision or a logical one?

Every time I hear you I get inspired and then life interferes and stops me from following through. This time I hope to stay on track.

Hey everybody due to some technical difficulties I haven't had internet for a while and I have missed these videos more than anything about having internet.

I have taken a lot of action and even after I have taken more action than I can recall (going to REI meetings, building buyers lists through Deans strategies etc.)I don't have any results.

With all that said my emotions are very frustrated at this point, but I decided to get back to work on this because it is STILL the most LOGICAL thing I can do for me and my family.

Dean you always encourage me when I hear you speak because I can really relate to you and I can sense your sincerity in caring for others well being. So now I am SUPER excited that you are coming to Cleveland and I already have my tickets for me and my father/partner Jonathan Purple.

So I think what I have learned is that its not only logical to take action in the real estate market; its logical to commit to taking action no matter how long it takes to see results. I'm so sick of seeing the disappointment in my wife and kids when we cant afford something. It really makes me disappointed in myself about REI. It makes me think "I should be putting in more offers" and then I think "well I have to build a buyers list first" then I'm stuck because I have posted classified to all the free sites from your "98 ways to build buyers" for weeks on end every other day. I have marketed my website, handed out biz cards at REI meetings as far as 2hrs away and as near as 30 min. I have tried talking to bidders at public auctions and I am still getting no where. Dean, I still believe this can work though so I am going to keep trying. I guess it takes longer to build the buyers list than anything. I wouldn't normally spill my guts in a post like this but this is the first time I have been to the DG family site for a while and as usual I feel that jolt of encouragement and then its tempered with self doubt.

And the truth still remains evident that this is the best and only logical choice for my family to have a better future than we do now.

Please pray for us Dean we are STILL barely making ends meet but I STILL have faith in the ability to have the American Dream for myself through REI and you are the reason for that faith. Your attitude and teachings are simply awe inspiring man. I hope this didn't come across as a rant but your always saying you want feedback. LOL. I want you to know me and all my family have a very deep respect and appreciation for who you are and what your doing I'm so glad I'm still a part of the DG family, and I've really missed everybody.

Okay, I'm in. I have and have read all of your other books, so why not this last one (which is actually your first book, lol).

Looking forward to the Insider's Edge 3 day workshop in Boston next month and then DOING DEALS and getting my tuition refunded by taking advantage of the Transactional Funding that is included with the course.

Thank you Dean for your inspiration; it has been a rough three years after being laid off from AIG and not able to find suitable replacement work in this economy.

It's amazing. All we need is to take actions.

As usual, Dean's video is very moving educational. We always leaned a lot from it. Thanks for keep doing it. It must be a lot of work.

I agree totally, the market is at the bottom and this is the best time to be in the real estate market. Unfortunately, none of my family members or friends see it that way. They are all naysayers, and they believe that real estate investing is very complicated. My attorneys are still telling me I need a Real Estate Brokers license to perform any of these strategies. I pushed back and stated I should be able to buy and sell a house without having a real estate brokers license. I guess I am the only crazy one, I continue to push forward, although slowly, I feel I am moving in the correct direction. The only source of inspiration I receive is from your weekly wisdom videos, and the blogs on the DG family web site. Thank you very much for the inspiration!! I plan to have the last laugh at the naysayers once I become successful. "Failure is not an option."

Thanks for another uplifting video. I watch every week, read your books, bought the blueprint and now I just have to get over some fears and take action! I have many excuses...it is logical that it works if I work!

It's sort of like asking why 2+2 is 4... because it is.

Because the numbers work, the opportunity exists and because those who have no fear and nothing to lose make it happen.

I have been pushing on assignment deals for a month or so now and nothing's stuck. I was hitting my own rock bottom, and I needed today's message. I have to tell you, Dean, that I was thinking to myself earlier today...

"I'm stuck, and I know myself. Without some sort of change I will sit and watch this happen for other people. How am I going to pick myself up and make this all keep moving forward?" ...pause to think... "Oh! I'll go watch my back collection of Dean's videos!"

And that's with a supportive family... just my internal noise dragging me down! That's how important what you do here very week is to the people who are trying to bring this all together.

So the numbers work and I have the emotional support I need from both inside and outside the family. How can I possibly lose?

Now if I could just shake this freaking cold...
