I live in a great historic city with wonderful residential districts and EXCELLENT schools, and thats what makes it so good for investors because its hard to find a rental here because they go so fast...

You would not be disappointed to invest in this City. Its also only 30 minutes away from downtown Cleveland!

Past that, I'd like to throw in that the Twin Cities is a growing area adding much infrastructure. Also, I personally have relationships here with an amazing realitor, an excellent property manager, and I have my own maintence guy. I own rental property but am not moving as fast as I like because I am both weak in credit and capitol but would love to partner with you guys and grow a small empire of rental properties in the Twin Cities. I'm a software engineer and have been building my own software as of late to parse the data from the MLS and automate the process of making low offers that take into account specific areas and also software to help manage tenants and properties so that I can bring on other investors and give them total exposure to their property at all times. I'd love to share these tools with you and be your guy in the Twin Cities. I could care less about the ipad, if you draw me give it to someone who needs it, I just want to work with you guys.
