The GREAT thing about these numbers is , they are showing CASHFLOW!. Why you might ask, 1st, the median sales price of these houses are 60,000 and the average listing price is 83,000 as of Jan. 2nd.. These numbers are from 23 different areas in Toledo, Ohio. Ranging from the lowest cost to the highest cost,there are so many other statistics that show cashflow but we can discuss that when you get here. I am SO EXCITED that the Graziosi team could possibly come to my city and give me an opportunity to work with your amamzing crew. I met Mike Webb before he spoke at the seagate convention center not to long ago and have been ready to give the business ever since.
