I created an account with postlets. However, I could not practice posting anything because it would not take my Canadian address. I invented a US address for the sake of the exercise but it was declaring the addresses as "unmappable". Any suggestions, please.
I want to be part of the circle as I feel very strongly about promoting the condos that I have been very attracted to. The locations are superb and they are priced from $50K to $100K. I am aware that condo fees are on the $500/month minimum. But my experience dictates that considering living in a condo that is near a workplace, the daily work commute and the stresses that go with it like road rage, burn out from enduring traffic jams, etc, can be more expensive than the condo fees; not to mention the quality time that the daily commute robs from our children, spouse or ourselves. Some condo fees cover heating and electric consumption.
These are just a few highlights on my long list of condo fee "justifications".
I do not know how to end this but it sure feels very lonely up here in Toronto.

I don't have a property yet, but i did create my account on postlets, also currently, i'm with constant contact, it costs, but it is a very good effective site as well. by using other people time, it provides me many hours of other time with family.... thanks dean, i need every leverage i can. post lets a good system. You always provide great tips, for investors new and old. I first heard about postlets on one of your videos. I just finished a rehab in RI and before i was finish with the rehab I started pre-selling the house on postlets. Well I locked in a quailed buyer and sold the house for $123.000.

I paid $62,000
Rehab $18,000
Carrying Cost $1500
closing Cost 10,500

Profits $31,000

4 months

Great idea Dean even though I have used this program before, but never thought of the technique or concepts you use it for to provide Cash Buyers with a Quick Snap Shot of available deals!

I already enjoyed exploring Zillows prior to knowing there is this Postlets that is associated with Zillows. What a great venue to create professional advertising using a format that makes writing an Ad a whiz. I had written some ads for Craiglist for some stuff we sold and it wasn't easy especially for a mobile home that we sold. Postlets is, indeed, a great resource for efficient marketing. And very informative, too. Thanks, Dean!

Yes, Postlets is a great site to use. It's so easy to get a very professional looking ad or flyer and I love that it gets posted to numerous sites. Anyone who has properties to advertise should be using this site.

Thank you Dean for such a great priece of wisdom, it seems that you were talking straight to me, I have that mentality of "I wish I can do it like they are doing so well ..." Yes I have accomplished a lot during the last 12 months, learned a lot and that is already a plus.

i just set up a postlet account an it went real smooth its simple,easy and takes you step by step through the process with no problems.Im currently getting things together in real estate and buying and selling notes as well im learning alot but ill soon know enough to start making money eventually thanks for everything dean and all the staff and everyone one trying to helps others suceed in real estate as well.

This i so great. I always like to see myself as a Mark larsen or Yourself DG. I am on the road and I have 9 properites that I currently bought and hold. They are still on mortgages so not much of a cash flow. But you wait 10 years from now - most of these will be paid off on those 15 year loans. What a profit I will have. I am planning on doing at least 10 more for a nice retirement fund in 10 years when I retire. I have used Zillow and Craigslist this. this Postlets was fantastic. I put my property up for sale on the site. It was really easy. Thanks for the support. Yes this site and your weekly wisdoms keep me always enthused and motivated. I just finished all my business banking accoutns, DUNs number to go forward with commerical lending somehting I never had before I joined DG insider Elite and your Team. I love it. You are the best and most motivating.
