This story stroke men in particular because it highlighted to me the diversity of Dean's students. I especially liked when she mentioned that she just follow what she was told and that it took her 5 months to make a whopping $55K on her first deal.

I can relate to her story since I tend to be conservative in my approach.

paid up bills with my savings now I live on a strict budget any deviation from this will put me in the street ! but im going to do this ! and I think wholesaling would be a great way to build the right way to start building a monetary

Men, we need to get our be-shizzy together if we are going to keep up with these women. It was reported that 50% (50 percent) of the current work force is comprised of women.

I'm not saying that its bad. All I am saying is that we can also do these. We need to re-learn how to multitask. Ask your wife or lady friend. They have been doing so for ages. It time that men learn to do the same.

I truly enjoyed this success story as well as others. My first wholesale deal i got stiffed. i have noticed in a lot of these success stories that the person became a DG student, took the education classes and bought the recommended books. How do I start from the bottom? I can not afford the education classes and the books. I am unemployed, and homeless, i need to make my first deal so
I can get my own house to live in and be able to move on to make other deals. There is a lot of homes here in Detroit, any advice?

I love hearing success stories such as Gena's. I hope one day I will be able to post a success story like so many I read about. But I have noticed that the highly success students have become DG students, bought additional books, and education. I am poor, homeless and have no money.
How can I do my first deal to get me started? Any suggestions?

This is an inspiration for all women out there. I am a single mom and I know the financial struggles we all have. This is one of the reasons why I started the DG program.

I love hearing Gena's story about reinventing
herself and really doing well w/Real Estate.
Plus she not only fixed things for herself,
husband, kids, etc. She's teaching all over
the country and Canada too?!? AWESOME.

That really rocks rather than just trying
to survive off piano teaching income.
Nothing wrong with that...it's just a huge
difference to have $12k/mo coming in AND
doing flips/wholesaling and ALSO being
able to play piano on top of that.

My husband & I started the education class a couple months ago. I haven't watched the weekly wisdom much. I started to second guess myself a bit as to wether or not we can do this. After watching this it feels like a torch was lit under my feet to run full speed ahead. Thank you for sharing it was very encouraging
