Thank you Dean for sharing, since we have been your students we have totally changed our entire mindset and our lives. We are closing on our 1st 3 deals all next week. I was scared at first but now, I have changed my fear from being scared to wanting to accomplish so we could move on and do more. We are so very thankful for you and your education and a different mindset that only like-minded people understand. Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanks Dean for this week's weekly wisdom. I have been thinking a lot about fears lately. You're right, it is time to flip them around and doing great things, God willing. You and your family have a great Thanksgiving!

Training

Dean, went to your 3 day training here in Michigan this past weekend. It was awesome, but I wish the book was more thorough. Also, I wasn't aware that you were working with the other people.

Re-Flip your fear upside down

As we all know, we all suffer from this phobia of fears at times, but I will reiterate here and say if you make your fear bigger than your dream, your aspiration and your goal, then you know you have a problem. Your dreams, your Aspiration and your Goals have to be bigger than your Fear. It was Carol Stinson, one of our DG family member who say go and "Do it Afraid" Happy Thanks giving to you Dean and Family.

Thankful

There are so many things that I am thankful for--it's a great exercise to start writing them down. It definitely will change your perspective.
1. Being born in the USA. The opportunities we have in this country are incredible.
2. Dean Graziosi, Matt Larson, Chad Merrihew and the other great people that mentor us along in the DG family.
3. Having the support of my family and friends. It has been such a blessing that every single one of my family members and close friends have been 100% supportive of me going into real estate investing.
4. My two kids--they are truly a blessing. It's been fun working on this business with them.
5. My Savior Jesus Christ. What else could I possibly need?

Blessings to you all.
Donna

Man, I look back on my life and I shoulda been dead a dozen times. I'm so grateful for the 2nd chance I got 25 years ago. For my family, for being a dad, for making a difference and most of all for the transforming power of God in my life. Happy Thanksgiving. Whatever trials and pains you face, they shall pass. Have hope and do not be deceived by the trials of this life.

Powerful Video Dean Dean

I know I have not watched your amazing and powerful weekly wisdom video's in quite some time or just being here on DG. I've been so busy trying to get deals closed, finding buyers, trying to get the deals for my buyers that sometimes it seems like your not moving anywhere at all. But you know somethingm I'm always reminded that the end is not yet and I dare to be refused and dare not to give up. Were just inches away from a deal to finally close and I can't wait when that happens but in the meantime I am thankful for all God, my family, dg family, you dean, the learning progress I have made by simply taking action. I am grateful for everything that has happened to me because without it I would not be the person I am today. And I will take you on your advise to celebrate the small successes along the way.

Happy Thanksgiving Dean to you and your family and my entire DG family...love you all

Flipping fear

Awesome!! What I am most thankful for this Thanksgiving is the DG FAMILY! And this website, I have never been so excited to get off work and go home to this study as I have been with this education. Many, many thanks. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Thankful for ...

I am thankful that I have the success academy to call when I panic and don't have the answers. Or to just vent my frustrations. Also my life coach, Shawn, from Insider Elite, who is always there to put me on the right path for success in real estate, in my relationships, my life, or anything else I can throw at him, even when I don't make him a priority. These are things I've failed to take advantage of more than I have. They are paramount for me to continue as a successful investor. You cannot find these kinds of resources anywhere else. Thank you Dean.

Fear and Thankfulness

Lisa R's picture

This past Monday (Nov.25) my husband was admitted to the hospital at 10:00 a.m. by 11:00 p.m. he was having brain surgery. The neurosurgeon told us that any hit to the head could have killed him. It is Thursday, November 28 and my husband is home from the hospital believe it or not and is better than ever. One would never know that he had just undergone an operation on his brain. While sitting in the hospital all I could think of was how happy I was that he was there being treated and taken care of. I can only say how thankful and grateful I am to live in a country where he could get the help he needed right away, that he is on the other side of this major operation and I still have him in my life.
This experience has reminded me just how fragile life is and how much we take for granted. It has propelled us both to new and greater determination with regards to making positive changes in our lives including our RE career.
The fear of not appreciating each day's full potential both on a personal as well as business level is what is motivating us now.

Happy thanksgiving to you all and all the best in everyone's RE journey.

warmest regards,
Lisa Richardson

Thankfulness and flipping the fear switch

Hi Dean.

Happy Thanksgiving to you, your family, the DG team and the entire DG family.

I am thankful for opportunities, choices, information, my family, God, You, the DG team, the DG family, my experiences, people I have met, my pet, my church family, my parents, my siblings, and my in-laws.

I am still a work in progress when it comes to flipping my fears. Some of them still paralyze me, while others are now motivators.

Flip your fear UpsideDown

Hello Everyone,
Great post! Happy to be a part of DG connection,. Happy Thanksgiving to all, fear to me is just a part of human's nature. "I hate what I fear, and fear what I don't understand". It's an uphill battle but no mountain is too high to climb.

WOW what a concept, Flipping Fear!

Opposite ends-"Fear of Failure" or "Fear of Success" -one could have either -so we do want to flip it --drive right through the middle using it as a guide or a force to be reckoned with.

Thanks for the inspiration of thinking about "fear"
differently!

Hi Dean

Im Thankful for the education you have given me, Im thankful for staying up one late night and seeing you on TV Smiling

I think what holds me back from taking it to the next level is fear of success. I have gotten real comfortable doing a few deals per month in Miami which is my backyard. I want to grow just like you and Matt have and I know I must take it to the next level in order to grow.

Flip your fear upside down

Great blog Dean. Happy Thanksgiving. Thanks Sam.
