For sure with the market the way it is, the right stratigies will really clean house. Dont listen to people that complain about it all the time. Learn what Dean and others at his level have to teach and start applying it yourself.

I do plan to stick around and hope to make it Big. I am unemployed and looking to make a change for myself. I have had it with Corporate America. I know it's not going to be easy, but I am willing to work as hard as I possibly can and become as successful as I possibly can and make life a bit more comfortable for myself. I am terrified though. I do not know anything about Real Estate, but I am ready to start taking the Bull by it's Horns. Thanks for responding Rina. I do appreciate it.

Well what you may not be aware off Janie, is that you have already helped yourself. If I am not mistaken, you did mention that you bought the DG's book. Trust me, you will read the book more than once, that is how addicted it is. The book is full of valuable information, and I must say it is user friendly and to the point. There is no straying or as we would say beating around the bush by DG to provide information to his team/readers. After the Bible, it could be called a good book. Thank you for inviting me into your community. I have been avidly and intensely studying the course. Upon acquainting myself with the various related websites that are part of the Dean Graziosi organization, I have discovered that I have a great many things left to read and have a greater source of information and inspiration than the book alone (How To Become A Real-Estate Millionnaire). So far, despite my shyness at doing so, I have approached my Bank to enquire about Foreclosures. They graciously informed me that to preserve their working relationship with their clients, they do not divulge this information to the general public, other clients or Bank Employees (to avoid conflicts of interest). Indeed, it was explained to me that all their Foreclosures are offered and sold at Auctions directed solely to Real-Estate Agents; from which we can shop from. It is one of the many nuances I have to adapt the courses material to the realities of Quebec Law; which is a hybrid of English Common Law and its Jurisprudence, and, the Old Napoleonic Code from the former French Rule; prior to the English Conquest on the Plains of Abraham. Again, thank you for inviting me into your community. I will most definitely pay very close attention and participate, in order to accelerate my learning curve.

and he is a business man he want cash for the house, the property is in very good conditions and I use dean new tools to see the comp and guest what the house it's a good deal he ask $152k to me and the appraisal it's $186k and the FMV it's low $169K = IEE of $34k or low $17k
