First of all I would like to say that I am sorry to hear about your loss.

Here are my thoughts on the coaching program. It is the best mentoring available out there for the price. Here is the catch though. You have to be willing to take action. If you are ready to go and are serious about Real Estate investing then the coaching will pay you back quick.

Here is a good way to look at it. It is just like a college course. The best part about the program is that you will have the wisdom and capabilities forever after you go through the program. If you read others comments on here it is clear that the program is great for those ready to take action.

What I would do is decide if the time is now and if not I would set a hard date that you want to start your REI. If you keep saying I will get to REI next month or in two months pretty soon a year has gone by and your financial situation is no different.

It is up to you. All I know is that you can't go wrong with the coaching if you are ready to take action. I hope this helps.

I am ready to make a change, it's just that good old fashioned fear that creeps up everyday. After being the poster child for WHAT IF for the past 3 years, it really messed with my head. That maybe another WHAT IF could happen...? WHAT IF I don't make it? WHAT IF THAT MONEY IS GONE FOREVER? It's a tough road and as optimistic as I try to be, those WHAT IF's always get me. I am so upset about that fact that the conference call will be happening while I'M AT WORK (I work 7-11pm) I can't even ask questions or participate b/c I'll be away. I really really wanted to be a part of that. (sigh) I'm going to pray about this before I move forward and get further into debt.

Pray for me, guys. I need to take action, I just want to do it right.
I'm not just risking my money...it's my family's money. I don't want my daughter to have to pay for my screw ups.

I'm sorry you won't be able to make tonight's call. They will make a copy for those who missed it to hear later, like Anita's. Have you heard Anita's by the way? If you haven't already, I suggest you take a listen to all the challenges this fearless lady faced and overcame. It gave me the inspiration I needed after the two years of He_ _ I'd been through, it might do the same for you too.

Some things in our life really ARE scary, and some things we're afraid of without really a reason. But whatever it is, fear is so hard to overcome. But with Him, all things are possible! I'm searching for posts about the success acadamy, is this the same as the mentoring program? Had hoped to read experiences on how this is working for people. Haven't found anything recent or under that catagory. I know I will need a coach/ mentor to persue this.
If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

I have not attended the Academy myself but I am plaining to start this month, I am like you though I would like to get some current information. You might want to look in the Journal, alot of students post in their journal about the mentor program.

I just have to say that is one of the most amazing replys to a post Ive read so far. lol its not about what you cant do its about what you can do. lol just awsome!
