I bought all of the other programs out there over the last 20+ years. Carlton Sheets, Don Lapre, And the one that does tax liens.. many.. I tried everything, nothing worked until now.. Within less than 4 weeks using Dean's strategies and taking action, was able to lock up a lease option. Using simple things that I saw all around me, yet, was afraid to take action. Until now. Anyone that is new and just starting or hasn't ordered Dean's materials, they are priceless. Just like this site and all the DG family members out there, priceless. As a newbie, I recently obtained "THE EDGE 2009" on DVD to watch at home ...
and I am achieving results from its wisdom already!

Wow ... This week I've attracted two investors who have asked to be added to my
(thus far alleged) list!

This is very exciting, needless to say.

Each of them has told me what they are looking to buy, and how much cash they have to spend. Each claims they can move quickly.

Would some of you here in my new DG family please share your own methods to PRE-QUALIFY investors before starting to do legwork on their behalf?

Is it as simple as asking for "proof of funds" to be shown to me in advance?
I am assuming that no serious buyer will balk at that.

I just had my performance review at work this week. My heart sank as I read the words “Doesn’t fit in with other employees.” My heart started pounding as I went through all my interactions with everyone over the past year as best as I could remember. After coming back from the EDGE and geting sooo much info and insight from all the great speakers during and after their presentation. I couldnt wait to get on the ground and hit the streets running with all the new things I learned. locked up a deal long distance in FL. Never physically saw the place but had friends down there who went and looked at the property for me and took pictures. They are fellow dgers that I was networking with and we have become good friends during this and before.They have been my eyes and middle people through the whole deal. Lea and Denny.
