Have about 53.5K into it, Sold it for 72.5 to a Cash Buyer ... 19K gross profit, after closing costs, taxes, insurance & utilities should clear about 15K!
I am going into the hospital on the 13th for gallbladder surgery, will be searching for another property in the next couple of weeks so we have something to work on we I'm recovered.

Please wish my lovely wife Jill good luck since she is the one that has to put up with & take care of me during this ordeal. I couldn't do these houses without her!!!

The surgery went pretty good, still in a lot of pain & have 4 holes in my stomach, looks like I was in a knife fight. Taking it easy for another week
or so, had to sign a contract on a sale on our last rehab; came out to the dining room table with a walker ... only in real estate can you do deals when you're half-dead(lol). Thanks for all your support!!!

positive attitude. This past summer I had the pleasure to speak at many of Dean's Free Seminars here in Florida ... I suffer from Vertigo & can't fly or even take elevators. I happened to have had a couple of bouts of it & had to speak using a cane also; it was still an amazing experience for me & the new students!
I only worked for 4 or 5 hours; this is for our primary residence so we have to finish it while we are in between projects; besides it's going down to 31 tomorrow.
Gary how are you feeling man ?? Hope your recovering well. I know Jill is doing a great job.
