Go to my transactional funds website listed below. I personally use the TF and the POF letters that are available after you join. Watch the entire presentation. Like I said I use this stuff myself. The POF letter is backed up by the lender. I have had banks call them on deals to see if I was good for the money.
Anyway, give it a look to see if it is for you.

I've looket at some of the other tf websites and tried them out. They want a butt load of info. and some info. that most people never have. On top of that there is no response when contact is attempted etc. You've recommended this to me before, but before I commit, how easy is it to use? and do you have a sample of what is asked when submitting for proof of funds?
Mark Michael is right about that one you do have to post a deposit that you get back the first time you use their service. But you get POF letters as soon as you hang up the phone.
