We owe a lot to Dean, DG.com and all the DG Family!

I have a good memory and I often reflect to where I started so I never forget where I came from. It is fun and educational to reflect on our own personal growth and education through the years with Dean. When I was in corporate America, Dean appeared late night on television like so many others had first saw him. I had a great job and a great career and made very good money but I felt as though I had reached the pinnacle of my career in Accounting but I still hungered for something more.

My wife and I made the commitment to make a change in our lives and we wanted to attend Dean's first ever Gain the EDGE Event in Arizona in early 2009. It was a stretch for us because of so many reasons. Could we get off from work? Could we afford it? Could we have someone help us babysit? There were so many excuses not to go but still the one main reason for us to go. Did we really want to change our lives and were we really committed to it? It really came down to how bad did we really want it and were we wiling to do whatever it took to get us there!

We made the commitment to attend and went to Dean's first ever live EDGE Event in 2009. What did we find? So many people from www.deangraziosi.com that wanted to help us, that were so friendly and seemed to really care. We even met Dean and my wife Stacey said he is such a caring, real and genuine person. You could just see how much he cared and wanted to help people. I then realized what a gift it was from someone to be so successful and wanting to share the gift of knowledge with others - PRICELESS!

We learned so much at that first gain the EDGE event in 2009 that it propelled us to things we never thought before we could accomplish. One of the other tools that Dean provided was www.deangraziosi.com. This website was and still is totally FREE and I could not believe the information Dean and other DG members would share. Since it was free I wondered if people really knew the value of it. Just like a library that has so many books but people still cram a Borders book store to pay for books and drink coffee.

Dean and his website really changed our lives. I remember thinking how do I stay motivated and focused with all the negativity you run into each and every day. It was Dean's website that allowed us to block the negativity and have an army of other DGers that made it.

I learned so much that Dean had shared and I learned so much from some of the older stories and threads. I watched every single video on DG.com multiple times and read anything that Dean had to share. I can not tell everyone how much confidence, knowledge and tips and techniques were out here and all for FREE!!!! It really confirmed our belief that Dean is committed to helping as many students as he can and there is so much here that can help people forever!

I have the pleasure of mentoring and working with some of Dean's students through-out the entire country. They often tell me they are not self driven and need something to motivate them. This website is knowledge! This website has power! This website is motivation! If you have a burning desire to succeed in real estate it is up to you to keep your fire going!

This website can fuel your fire and help change your life! I know it has helped thousands of people and the benefits are so vast I have heard from thousands of people that utilize the website and often are on here every week if not every day.

I want to thank Dean and all his staff for their commitment in helping others. This website has a very special place in my heart and many of the DG members. It is so wonderful to see others that give back to help others and don't forget where they came from. It is also so great to see new members contributing and jumping into threads and conversations. If people are willing to put in the time and effort, the results will follow.

I was in corporate America Senior Management for more than 15 years. I could see that so many people did not like their jobs, did not like their careers and did nothing to change their destiny or situation in life. I managed hundreds of people and one common thing stood out to me and Stacey as we would drive home from downtown Chicago in 2 hours of traffic that we were also part of the rat race and wanted a way out.
