i just got dean's books and i kind of confuse and same time am kind of inspire by some of dean's strategies,so i need inspiration from anybody who got little experience.thanks hamang

I never bought a RE book before but my bf bought Deans latest one and actually it is veryyyy good. He even gives us a free website, which I just set up, if his a crook then his a kind one lol. I also am in the academy the lessons/material also very helpful and easy to understand. You might say what a waste but i have no idea what I am doing and the software is giving me the basic knowledge. Hey you want to make money, you have to invest. NOTHING IS FOR FREE

I am going to go out on a limb and say this guy just put more effort into that post then he did reading Deans new book. Most of these guys that post stuff like that are paid by Deans competition to write negative media because they can't beat Dean head to head with real estate knowledge. I actually feel sorry for guys like this because I know what is possible with this information. Oh and by the way, everytime someone posts something negative on this site it actually strengthens the core group of investors involved with the site which in turn strengthens the new people just trying to get started. I actually enjoy watching what happens when someone like this shows up on our playground.

I think you are entitled to your opinion. If you read the book like you say, you will see there is a great deal of information. If you know anything about real estate you must know that it is possible to make a lot of money. I don't trust too many people and think most t.v.products are in deed scams. But what Dean says is true. Real estate is the best way to become wealthy. I have seen it first hand through my cousin who made over 300k doing realestate on his off time as a NYC cop.
He is now retired and travels the world because he took the chance.
Deans strategies are eye opening to me, but again that is my opinion. As far as the book cost, I've spent more on less.
If i was the admin I would not kick you off. Because you must truly have nothing else to do other then come here and talk trash.
And if you put some thought into your quote on how you are trying to save people from buying the book you will realize people are on here because they bought the book already because they want a better future. Thank you for taking time out of your busy life to save us all.
So save yourself and enjoy your life.

Who are you, Mother Teresa???Do you seriously have nothing better to do then try and save people from buying a 20-25 dollar book...Amazing that all these people on here look to better themselves in general everyday...And they make money and live better cause they bought that 25 dollar book...Yet you come on here acting like an ass...If you look down on your life that much, that you have to talk down other people and what they want, then you need more than help than this or any other site could give you...If you want to save people, start doing charity work somewhere and use your time more wisely...

I saw your comment about Dean on Infomercial Scams and I wanted to look myself and so I did. Here is what I found at http://www.infomercialscams.com/scams/motor_millions Not only is Dean one of the ONLY people on that site with no major complaints only people who loved what he does and the site actually recommends his product because of such positive reviews online. I checked many other so called Real Estate teachers or guru's and they have hundreds of complaints. Maybe go to www.deansmedia.com and see how you can turn all the clients home videos of their success using Dean's techniques into something negative.

The sad part is that I would really love to see you read Dean's new book and do exactly what it says in it and prove you wrong by helping yourself. How great would it be to be wrong, but be able to put money in your pocket.

This is not a cult following, it is thousands of Deans students getting results and happy to brag and share with others about it. If you are a paid person from one of Dean's competitors then nothing I say will sink in. But if you are not, try not be so skeptical for once in your life, follow exactly what Dean's new book tells you and let the results speak for themselves.

You have to understand there are hundreds of people on here that were miserable, facing bankruptcy, having stress they could barely manage and very skeptical. Now they are making money when most people in america are not and some making very good money because of this book and what Dean provides us .So for you to pop in and say what you said is absolutely not a cool thing.

I would much rather order on an automatic system rather than with a person on the phone, because it is quicker just say no and on you go. With a person you have to contiune to say no.

All tv or online sales always have back end sales. Even your grocery stores have "loss leaders" or "teasers". The profit of any company is always the back end sales, not the "loss leaders".

If you have "Been around the block" as you say then you would know this. Do you consider your local grocery a scam artist? No one is forcing anyone to buy anything. I for one bought the book and trial for the foreclosure website. As far as the academy goes, I'm sure it'swonderful for some people with no experience who want a "jumpstart".

I do use the library, but prefer to own certain referrence books so I can make notations and refer to them on a contiunious basis.

Did you learn about real estate strickly by going to the library? I think not. Instead of using your energy to bash why don't you share your wealth of knowledge of how you came to own real estate in so many states. You say you want to save people money, yet you seem shy about teaching others how they can be in your situation - mid forties and a wealth of real estate in many states.

Sad for you that you are too shy to share about the positives in your life.

Don't be dismayed by the negativity of "wistle blower".

As you probably recognize, Dean's program is definitely for real, and the success stories you see and read about are genuine. Everyone who participates on this site may not make it big, or even succeed, but those who study the books, follow the recommendations and work at it will find out it is the real thing.

It did my heart good to see the achievers circle the wagons and stand up for Dean.

Hi all. I finally finished the new book profit in todays market. First EXCELLANT! I have read many and paid thousands on re books and though this didn't actually show me new techniques it did break down the actual process involved in the techniques making them easier to understand. Also the way it is written is fantastic. It's motivational. What I feel does make this book unique is that it is the total package. I can't say I have found that anywhere else. Everything from locating properties, buyers, sellers, and the marketing. Also the info on creating teams and how to go about that. It is just an awesome well rounded book, that even professionals can enjoy. I am eager to get started. I am actually starting on it again tomorrow and implementing the action items at that time.
TO all it costs more to feed yourself at a fast food resteraunt than to invest in this book. If 25 is too much to put into yourself than this book wouldn't do you any good.
FYI having bought many products and been disappointed I scoured the internet for negative feed back and found nothing but positive. That is why I bought it. I also bought the think a little differant course. I haven't started that one yet. This forum is a blessing. Please everyone take it as such and ignore individuals who might try and steal your dreams.
