Wow! That is the only word I need to describe Deans new book, however, I am going to tell you folks a few more details about this one of a kind book. I have already read it 3 times and every time I put it down I can't believe the detail in it. When someone walks up to me and asks me what book I would recommend they read I tell them "hands down go read Profit From Real Estate Right Now!" In my opinion, and I have literally read over 200 books in the last 3 years, this is the best real estate book ever written. There isn't another book out there right now that you can pick and read and go make money in the next 30 days. What makes this book so intense? Details! There isn't anything that is vague. It is truly the only real, step by step, how to make money right now real estate book. I look at Deans last book "Be A Real Estate Millionaire" and how good it was and see how many lives that book changed and I feel that will pale in comparison to his new book. Don't take my word for it, go out and get a copy and read it cover to cover the first day you get it! Get it done!

As you know I usually just read your posts but replying is almost impossible to fit in other then my video blogs;-) First of all let me tell you all that you are awesome.. You all have such big hearts and truly want to help others. It's addicting isn't it;-)))
Ok - I read this post about the new book. I would love to tell you some elaborate story on why the book is not up for sale yet or I didn't announce it's release. But the truth is that we have just been slammed. Getting the new book done, new TV show, ramping up on TV, training C/S on new book, training coaches on new book and 1000 other things has us a little behind. But it will be here soon. And let me tell you all that you are going to absolutely love the new book. It is less of an overall real estate book and more of a recipe for finding killer deals and motivated buyers in todays market and getting paid for having killer skills.
And yes I did promise on two conference calls ago that all current members would get a discount and I always live up to my promises. So soon we will set up a page for dg.com members (that were members prior to this week) to be able to order the book at a huge discount.. I will have dgadmin send you a PM as soon as we are ready. I am guessing by Wednesday of next week.
Plus I will have my team put the new Infomercial up on DG.com for you all to see.
FYI - Looking at the media schedule for national spots I see that on Sunday (tomorrow) it plays on - Discovery channel at 7:30 AM EST - CNBC at 3:00 PM EST and it looks like CNBC at 8:30 AM EST as well. I hope these times are right and if not it will be up on this site very soon.

I wanted to say, too, after reading it.
(I had posted this in one of Hazco's threads, but thought it might be appropriate here, too).
I know they're gonna be posting info in here on how to get the book (at a discount for DG.com members). I don't think ANYONE wants to pass up getting one. It is a step-by-step manual on using Dean's strategies for today. It's like he sat down and just, in depth, went over every step to lead you to victory (AND help other people!), written of course like he's sitting there talking to you. Details, details, details! And he writes it with such understanding about how each of us reads, reacts, and uses information. I don't know how he can have so much insight into people and what they need to help them succeed. I hope I don't make him sound like an idol or anything, but I tell ya there are very few people I have as much respect for in life.
Dean also included Matt's proven methods that he's got down to a science (the"Matt Larson" method), and success stories from like 11 other students that have found what has worked for them. What I love about Dean is, he tells you what he has proved will work, with the steps to make it happen. But for those that WANT to be creative and try other wacky things on their own, he doesn't pass judgement and say "Do it my way, or you'll fail". He just gives us the tools that are the absolute best, and it's up to us to use them.
Anyway, when you get the chance to order, you will NOT be disappointed. I'm going to get a bunch of them myself, to go with the BARMs I've given people. In my opinion, "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" is a manual you'll use all your life. "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" will be invaluable right now! and probably in any other down market you live through.

hmmm,
I think that I got an immediate response confirming my order, saying that the book would be shipped within a couple of days and should arrive in 7 - 10 days. Did you get that at least? I did not get a separate confirmation though.

I didn't get a receipt either, so I went back into the order page to make sure and the order page confirmed my order, so I am assuming that everything is kosher!
