Wow! That is the only word I need to describe Deans new book, however, I am going to tell you folks a few more details about this one of a kind book. I have already read it 3 times and every time I put it down I can't believe the detail in it. When someone walks up to me and asks me what book I would recommend they read I tell them "hands down go read Profit From Real Estate Right Now!" In my opinion, and I have literally read over 200 books in the last 3 years, this is the best real estate book ever written. There isn't another book out there right now that you can pick and read and go make money in the next 30 days. What makes this book so intense? Details! There isn't anything that is vague. It is truly the only real, step by step, how to make money right now real estate book. I look at Deans last book "Be A Real Estate Millionaire" and how good it was and see how many lives that book changed and I feel that will pale in comparison to his new book. Don't take my word for it, go out and get a copy and read it cover to cover the first day you get it! Get it done!

you were referring to the infomercial when you said "sales pitch," I consider the PM about the discount more of a "kept promise" from Dean which we all can appreciate. But regardless I was really interested in the "Student's Secret" report which "you're right" it didn't mention anything about it, that's why I thought about bringing up the question. Sorry for the misunderstanding, but im hoping one of the DG admins can clear this up for myself and others that are wondering the same thing. If its not included then I wouldn't mind buying the package from the infomercial, Im pretty sure the information in that booklet itself would be worth 19.95 anyways.

I truly feel the way you do kimmie,,I am just dedicated to making my life better,,I mean dean is right,,in more ways than he knows,,I feel his words when he speaks of the need to turn off the t.v. and start applying myself I mean ,,heck I live in the middle of IL. and seeing what matt larson is doing has inspired me so much,,when in honesty our governor is on his way to prison,our new president is from this state our unemployment rate is skyrocketing Caterpillar which was at one time a nice place to work is cutting thousand of jobs,and since I bought dean's BARM book and been on here all I can do is await more info and learn to better myself in here,,I since have talked to realtors gotten up the courage to do things I would have NEVER had done years ago, bottom line is dean is the man and he is truly a kind enough guy to help me out when for so long my perception of this world was not always the greatest. I really am pushing myself to be where Matt (cbrpower) is or better,I know it is achievable and I just need to keep my eye on the ball,,but honestly when you said druggies waiting for our drop-off you had me laughin,,good stuff,,later

Hello All! I've been searching the internet for the times on Dean's show and no luck and no way to get my order in but thank you Rina! I have been waiting w/ $$ on the sidelines since early 2006, and now my gut says buy with both fists but use cash in the most creative way possible. Its been crazy with my other business, but have been an active RE investor since 1992 with C.Sheets and before that studied Dave Del Dotto's course back in college..mid to late 80's LOL. Now that takes me back some years...I'm 43 now and I'm so glad I found out about Dean and this site. I have seen some brilliant posts here, and hope I can share some of my experiences and knowledge. Started selling off early our properties except for 1 Duplex Gem, and left about 100K on the table per but still more than doubled most. As the saying goes "Buyem when their cryin and sellem when their yellin!" and they were yelling in late 2005 here. Now the cryin is greater than I have ever seen, and I was there during the RTC mess. Oh well excited to be here, and looked at two REO's today as I just broke out the ink with an investor/broker I met today for the first time, and ready to rip the offers!

I got deans first book a couple of days ago and I think its great. Also I ordered his new one yesterday morning hoping that it really is as good as everyone who read it says it is. The last few days have been a whirlwind, I have put in about 25 offers on homes a 50% off, and with deans books I hope to make this year a real success and the financial turning point in my families life.
Dean, thank you for looking out for us, hope you will include the free report. That will just be a blessing to us. Only yesterday, after seeing Dean's new show for the second time, I was thinking, "why can't us Deaneolies get the book at reduced price?" and it happened, we did. I kinda think Dean probably has a company that has pre-packaged the new book...the extra BARM book and the Student Secrets. They are packaged and ready to be shipped out when Deans sends the a list of all who have ordered....and we will get all 3 books.

I am waiting on the phone to find out about the "Student Secrets" pamphlet. I ordered the "Real Estate Now" book for $9.95 as a "Deaneoly" (check with SanBern for spelling on that one!), and am now wondering about "Student Secrets." "BARM" would be great, but I wasn't expecting anything extra when I ordered "Real Estate Now."
One receptionist told me their supervisor "thinks" that "Student Secrets" would be included...She said "BARM" would probably NOT be included in this package, because we did not pay for the shipping of that book.

The receptionists are overwhelmed with responses after the weekend. The mailbox is full and the phone is constantly ringing. I have been on hold for about 40 min. I'm going to give 'em a break. The phone number for "Real Estate Now" is 866-510-8060. If you want to try, just call and leave the phone on speakerphone while you are on hold, doing something else. They only answer live calls M-F. I will check back on this forum before I call back, to see if we have an answer.

Hey, all my anxious friends!
I just got through to a customer service rep today, after being on hold for about 30 min. They ARE swamped!
He told me:
1. Yes, the order DOES come with the "Student Secrets" pamphlet.
2. No, it does NOT come with "Be A Real-estate Millionaire" (as I guessed).
3. All orders process within 24 business hours. If you do not see a charge on your bank account within 3 business days, the order did NOT go through. That is what happened to me, as I see has happened to many of you. There must be a problem with the internet ordering process. The total charge to look for on your bank account is $15.90. I will write some emails to dgadmin and support. I need to re-order "Profit from Real Estate Now."
Please be understanding. I know personally that Dean Graziosi's team is REAL and HONEST. If he's got such an overwhelming response that the support team can't keep up, that means his marketing is WORKING, and we will be persistent and do what it takes to get this book.

I called a representative just today and he says thaat I should have my book by the first tuesday of march.
I was also reading the others in this post and the only thing I can say is be patient, it's on it's way.
I sure can't wait!

To all my DG brothers and sisters, I received my new book yesterday together with the report. I am elated. I am half way through the report, (great work)but have not began reading the book as yet. Will begin today an joggle both at intervals. I will like to purchase my first home in 30 days, but I know I will need some help financing the purchase, never afraid to say.
