Like I said before your GOOD. but then that's probably why you are were you are today. I have really got to think on this one. I have got several deals in the pipeline that I am working on. Like you told me the good deals are not that had to find. The hardest part is coming up with the creative financing. Which I guess in some ways i am getting better at ever day. And I wish everyone the best of luck. But I am going to give 110% to this challenge. As a lot of you already no I didn't win the send me away contest, And that's OK. But I refuse to lose again with out one He_ _ of a fight. Just so all of you know what your up against. I am still trying to figure out a way I can spend more time in my real estate adventure. After I get of of here I am going to send President Obama a letter And see if I can get more than 24 hours added to a day. Being second is not all that bad, I mean I was second but looked at what I learned. Thanks to Dean's wonderful staff and Success Acamady.

Hello, my wife and I are a team that have been working with the program for about 5 months now. We have been working with a realtor for about 2 months and they have just about given up on us. We have been looking for assignments but have not had any offers accepted. It's been really frustrating, we are very down on our luck and have been in debt for a while. We know when we make our first deal we will feel really good. It's been very tough with working full time jobs and the everyday, blah, blah ,blah... But we keep trying, we look at the videos to spark us up and read more of Dean's books.
We have spent money on the training, and have not made a deal yet.
If we find a deal we will send to you for sure!

Will you still help me with mine? I've got it all set up, but I don't know what I'm going to do going to these banks with no money and my credit ratios the way they are. I haven't gotten to that part of my training. I don't know how far I can go on transitional funds and how it works when dealing with banks. Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Matt or anyone else that can help me!
