Been trying for nearly 30 min. ~ can't get in.

Hi there, I'm new to the board and only discovered Dean yesterday via Brendon Burchard.

I'd love to make get involved with Rock Bottom but I don't have the finances right now. I'm interested in Wholesaling, could someone let me know if the Be A Real Estate Millionaire book is the best and most relevant place to start? If not, which one of the book products would you recommend.

In less than 12 hours I've had over 5 responses to my question.

I can see why Dean has so much love for you. I'll look over the resources and make a start. I've looked at Real Estate before but now that the opportunities are even greater, I'm want to make a start but make the right start.

Desiree, I found Dean's book "Your Town Your Real Est. Profits" the most up to date.

We wanted to go to the 2010 Edge event but we were not able to go that year do to money. We spent money on other programs that did not work out for us from other gurus. So what we did was take the information from the books and the success academy and made the goal to attend the 2011 Edge event and we went there in 2011. We just had to take action make the deals happen.

Remember Dean did not have this information when he started. Most of the successful students right now did not have the Rock Bottom Blue Print program and they still became successful. So don't beat yourself up for not getting the program this year. There are so many other resources here on Dean's site that you can use now and make money you just have to take action.

Next time Dean has something great to offer his students you will be ready to jump in.

You also have to remember what you get for the money. The cost to go to the Edge event is around $2495 plus hotel room. You get the same information for a lot less. Mentors some people have spent a lot more to have a mentor some close to 20k to have a mentor meet with them. So when you look at what you get, you are getting a great deal from Dean. Also remember what Dean said about if the cost of the program takes food from your family then now is not the time to buy it.

Steve why haven't you got out there and proved to yourself that this stuff works since you've been on this site for about a year.

All of Deans teachings work if you will work them. Read all the success stories here from the students and other investors, then ask yourself why you have not done any deals and made any money.

Dean has and does make millions, but remember where he started.

Get yourself started and keep moving forward if you really want success in REI

everything you need to know is in DG's books; I think 'Profit from Real Estate Right Now' is very helpful; others think his newest one 'Your Town your Profits' is the best; you can follow what's in his books and read posts on this site, and ask questions. That will definitely get you in the door!

I have been reading the "Your Town" book and I have been inspired by one of your deals! I am currently negotiating an offer I submitted on an REO property. I have been finding that banks counter offers really are horrible to your original offer. The property is a 4 unit apartment building in a suburb of Chicago. I had just read your section in the "Your Town" book and on my two hour drive back home from work (Milwaukee to Chicago, I live in Chicago) a little light went off. I was thinking that this deal would be killer providing cash flow, but the negotiations are at a stand still. So tomorrow I am going to counter with and "Indiana Joe" counter. I'll offer them a price, but they need to finance the loan, provide a credit to fix the place up to attract tenants, cover the closing costs and close on the loan as soon as they can. I am pretty excited. I am curious to here what they say. Thanks for the motivation!

for all who jump in with this program. The LIVE event of today and Thursday offered so many nuggets, not only about RE but about shaking off the old way of living and jumping into a new way of life. This event pushed me over the line I've nestled (is that a word) my toes right up to sooooo many times and just didn't know how to get over the line... what to do next. With the blueprint and 30 day plan I'm just jumping and not thinking too much. I'll follow the plan, put in the work and get results. I've done it in other areas of life and business so...I'm in with both feet. I'll keep you posted.

may I ask why you are getting the Rock Bottom Blue Print? I thought your strategy is part of this program, and also, you're one of the coaches, if I'm not mistaken...

I've just purchased RBBP 3 hours ago. I'm working on my homework assignments now. Always wanted to be an investor, just had to knock the fear out of the box.

I decided to get the Rock Bottom Blueprint tonight! I literally had family friends tell me that I'm crazy to use real estate as a means to escape the traditional 9-5. I'm beyond trying to prove them wrong, I want to do this for me! I'm going to do everything in my power to make a better life for myself! This Rock Bottom Blueprint will be the push that I need to capture my dreams. I just never would have thought that people close to me would have doubted me this much...I'm ready to flex my muscles and show the world that I'm not going to be pushed around! Who's with me?

I applaud you Indiana Joe for continuing to invest in your education. Real Estate, as I understand, is constantly changing, and you never know when a new trend will come along. I once heard someone say (Brian Tracy maybe?) that once you stop learning in any given area, you become stagnant and less effective at what you do. No matter how successful I become in RE, I will ALWAYS continue to buy the latest programs and attend seminars and conferences. You are setting a great example for others, keep it up!

Can anybody give step by step for Matts way of using mls to find properties bought with cash. Please also pm it along with open discussion and any other advice on how to use website. STARTING A TOPIC, ETC...
