re-read your comment and it is sooo nice to hear that you brag about me it feels cool! I hope people really do feel empowered by hearing my story. I will continue to tell it and to grow and thrive with more deals and pass it on, like Dean & Matt & others here pass it on to us. And yea I am analyzing how I can help my wife and here's to new heights.

Havnt posted in a wk becuase my little sister died suddenly of a heart attack she was only 39 man it really hurts. So just got back recently and pressing forward. So urgent now because this makes me think of how much more I want to be there for my family and having more money will do that.

So today made 2 offers short of my revised daily goal of 5 offers a day, so not soo bad. would have been more but my realtor couldnt put in the other 3 offers today. So working on my KC offers and buyers and San Diego. I have so many buyers for San diego, now need deals. My partner put out 20 bandit signs over thanksgiving weekend and only got 3 calls, none of them sellers just wholesalers. We've tried about 60-70 signs now, put them at walmart, mcdonalds, home depot, top of light poles, freeway exits.

Geeze, any suggestions dg fam of where to put them out? Or to just stop them here? What other creative marketing ideas can you suggest? Any help would be appreciated. Otherwise working the MLS in KC, making offers. In So Cal have been trying to contact listing agents directly-it's tough but pushing through and also calling for rent ads and clist ads too. Happy Friday and am feeling the urgency now, working harder and feeling the shortness of life, appreciate everyone on here for real, and Dean to you soooo much and Matt. Looking forward to the Edge 2014, and does anybody know if it is opened up yet to more people?

I know you posted this past week on facebook, and that is tough! Praying and wishing for the best! Sounds like you are pushing hard on the signs so just keep at it. I guess I could only suggest is working and getting to know the people in your Rei clubs. Looks like your also in KC working, so maybe go to meetup.com and see if you can work with anyone in the KC area. Best wishes and praying for you. Again I am sorry for you loss! Take care my friend!

Sorry for your loss Tony, I know it is hard at times.

You can also post in the free papers like the trader and others and then you have the driving the areas for find FSBO also and try different ads and keep track of them so you will know what ones work best for you.You could also use some bird-dogging to help you find your deals in the areas you are looking in, that should save you some leg work.

Hey guys thx for your kind words for my sisters passing couple of weeks ago was sooo sad I hadn't reached out to her before she died we were estranged & I soo wanted to be her white knight helping her, so many things unsaid & undone, makes me cry now boy. so feeling now like doing everything i need/want to do for all my loved ones especially making $ in RE, we could barely get to AZ some of us to be there for ea other-so made me so frustrated-should be further along in deals/profits BUT I MUST BE STRONG & RISE UP & BE THE MAN & INVESTOR I SHOULD & WILL BE! IF GOD IS FOR US WHO CAN BE AGAINST US!

Now in the ashes of our family (we were destroyed by my fathers drinking he died at 48 my age now & left us orphans really) we never recovered, it has been so gut wrenching for our whole family so I WILL & MUST pull it together & suck it up & be the leader/example for our family & I will. Difficult times but I feel better now, I always feel better when I come to this site, it gives me soo much hope that my tomorrow is going to be better than my today, I will make the rest of my life the best of my life!

I am about to make 3 offers in Johnson County KS-KC area & research some more properties too & came here & wrote in my journal. I did talk about RE investing to my friend & talked to 2 people today to look for properties for me & we would share in the profits-here in Sunny San Diego, so beautiful today here, kinda balmy 70 degrees downtown.

This is the first time I visited your journal and boy it is full on inspiration. You have a strong WHY and making deals and offers on a daily bases.
While you my have lost your partial vision, the important thing is you have not lost sight of your goal.

As a well wishing DGers, do not be too hard on yourself if you do no make 25 offers a day. I know to achieve your GOAL you may have to make those many offers. But if that overwhelms you and makes you feel uncomfortable, find a solution why it is not happening and find a solution so that happen and revisit your strategy .

Just imagine in 4 months I have only made 1 offer and compare yourself to that. I am still struggling to stay motivated, I still get off track. So Congratulate yourself that you are in the top list of people who are taking actions and had been successfull.

in our stories. MY father too was/is an alchoholic and our large family was broken up and we also are now estranged. FemailCEO, so you know what it feels like I appreciate that. We know the heartache and pain. Was just talking about that to my wife, how hard it was to love an unlovable relative-sister right now who wants nothing to do with me-really hard. Even though she is sick and needs people around her desperately, so sad. Well not all is dark and gloomy I have a sneaky suspicion that once I start making real money that all my family will come running, and want to know how I am doing it. Once there is prosperity that will change everything, we will have more money to come see each other, heck maybe even move closer to each other.

here with my wife enjoying, last time i came i was sooo negative and now i flipped it and am being positive. Here where were at is very humble, but now I look around and see a very bright future for mexico, lots of people, resources, imagination and great family people. I am here visiting will be back in about 3 weeks and will be doing deals while i am here, need $ to go visit the places I want to go, acapulco and cuernavaca.

Hey man sorry about all those issues it's tough. Sometimes when it rains it pours. I like thinking about life like this, there is only one difference between the hero and the villain. Bad things happen to each of them to put them in those positions. The hero doesn't want anyone else to go though what he went though, the villain went into the why me mode and brings everyone else down with him. Victims lose, victors succeed keep up the good work.

As with your eye health there are a few things you can add into your life. I own another business called pure healers, and owned a juicing business for a year before I sold it. Try a juice fast with eye healthy vegetables, and add healing meditations into your daily routine. People have cured so many issues, I don't know the exact extent of your injury but it's worth a shot

So funny you say that about my eyes because I have bought some books about juicing & am going to read them and start juicing=juice fasting that it and changing my diet to a plant based diet and have gone on eatrightamerica.com to plan my diet, the fat sick & nearly dead movie that the doc is featured in=he made that website and have gone to see an acupuncturist and it was life changing! it really works OMG, I had visions and felt soooo beautfiful on the table during those sessions! I totally recommend them to anybody really for any problems it is sooooo delicious! Thank you so much though this needs to be talked about much more, we can be successful in our investing but failures in our bodies and that cant be we have to successful in everything, what does it matter if you have all the money in the world but cant enjoy it!

So got back last week and have been recovering from my trip hard on me to go to mex city. Have been making offers off of craigslist, researching properties and networking. Going to work on getting an agent for san diego now I have only had one for kc MO.

Psyched to hear Dean's livecast or rather matts tomorrow although I will have to watch it wed because my real estate investing club meet is tomorrow night.

So went to my REIA last night it was awesome if you are in San Diego it is the SDCIA meeting in Mission Valley & I am told it is the best in the country! Come! Watched the livecast replay just now and it was awesome too! Fixing to call my buyers & agents I met last night at my REIA & my partner in KC & do my dishes, excercise & write out my goals, daily, weekly, monthly & yearly & next 5 years & my schedule for the week. ok so have been battling depression to be trasnparant what with wife in mexico & not knowing what to do about it struggling with that, will work on that. in the meantime:

so today good day, finished calling all my buyers in Kc, went to 2 nursing hm's-tried to post flyers but the admin said at 1 that i couldnt post it but she wld give people my flyer the other the admin wasn't even there.

so should i call ahead of time? just to & post them there without asking permission? i wonder how carol or other dg'ers do it? if you know tell me please, it wld help. also networked w/other wholesalers in kc & now have partners to make offers on HUD hm's

We wld use their $ for emd cuz i cant now & i wld make offers & put the hm's under contract & check the comps etc & wholesale to my buyers or theirs, they have buyers too for So Cal & KC, love it, fr calling my buyers i connected with this wholesaler & her partner cuz she was on my list! love it, im taking action & getting educated. got some package properties from another wholesaler in KC & a comm RE agent, lot of props to go over but got thru part of it still have to check #'s but on one package of 33 hm's or so it seems like the seller is pricing the package about 30% below FMV & they are in B & C areas, it looks good, if anyone is interested.

another package is a comm prop, 45 units 25k a door-being renovated w/60% occupancy. sending these to my buyers-mostly concentrating on SFR's or residential but these fell in to my lap. little tough today to not get overwhelmed but fought thru it, talk to my wife every day, today she was sad n depressed hersel, man tough to have something like this, just trying to work hard to keep my mind off that. with profits can hire a better immigration attorney, happy saturday, tomorrow rest watch super bowl, kind of, the commercials really the half time show, not a huuge football fan. Been a while since I posted on my journal am going to start a new journal actually a bit more concise & have been posting as of late on dg.com but wanted to give a quick update. So after the Edge & VIP (which was life changing & altering for ever! Positively of course:) I went to Mex with the wife it took it out of me or course but I did get a deal in May for 3k yea! It was the package deal that was supposed to be more than that i mean like tons more.

but not complaining Soo, now hanging tough staying in my own country & refocusing on wholesaling & specifically here in So Cal, because I love to hear how Tammy is killing it & if she can do it with how many kids Tam? 4 I think then I can do it with all the time in the world on my hands.

As you know have done 5 deals & working on my 6th & am gaining momentum again, sooo true what Dean & co say about momentum, its hard to gain it again but not so hard to keep it going, well it's not so hard right now so keeping it going. Man I really missed not being with you who went to Tony Robbins I was bummed, but picked myself up & onward & upward. Just wrote my bio this am for IE since I will be doing daily wisdoms, & If I can do it like I say a baboon with half a brain & one eye can do it LOL I am cracking up right now.
