It is ironic. Back in 2009, I just got home from Dean's first ever Gain the EDGE Event 2009 and decided to start a journal. That date was April 28, 2009. Today, is April 28, 2014 and I just got home from the EDGE 2014 Event. It is amazing how time passes and what we learn. Happy 5th Year Anniversary to my Daily Adventure Journal!!!

My wife Stacey and I had a wonderful time this year at the EDGE 2014. We look forward to taking some of the ideas we got and putting them to action. Believe and Achieve! - Joe

The year is almost half over and soon it will be another year in the books. How is your year going? It is Spring and Summer always tends to fly by. Are you reaching your goals for each month or week? What do you need to do to change to be able to reach your goals? The two areas to continue to focus on is finding great deals and finding buyers that want those deals. yes July 1st is tomorrow and are you maximizing your Summer fun? If not, you need a break for the 4th of July holiday. HAPPY AUGUST 1ST!!!!!

Wow the Summer is on super drive. Why does it always have to go so quickly? Time is something we always want more of but can not ever seem to have enough of. Working on several things this week. I just have to say that I have called several realtors from out of state and not one returned my call. So if you are new or seasoned, we all run into the same challenges. Just keep on dialing that phone! Believe and Achieve! - Joe

I work full time m-f 9-5 and I don't have internet at home can't afford it right now. I can stay late at work I just been do the classes on the Education Center and it is very helpful the problem I have is that I second question myself a lot, so I think it wrong but most of the time not I just want to start making deals to make extra income. and ideas please help

Most libraries have computer access. I would try to go to the library a few times at night or even the weekend. Check-out some books on real estate and they may even have some books on tape. I know Dean has a number of his books on tape. Maybe even look at ebay and maybe you cna find some other helpful real estate information. Good luck. Believe and Achieve! - Joe
