Thank You Jeff & Josh!! Stan and I are just starting a buyers list also. We started a week ago. Just joined success academy. You both are a blessing to this site. This is a great list however, I noticed the date on the original post and that started me thinking about the way things have started to transition in the real estate market, such as online exposure etc.
With that said, would you still rank each of these 80 places as they are on the list or would you modify the list in any way being it's now 2016?....
