Hey DG Fam,
I've been growing my buyer's list in the simplist way. First, I assume you have joined your local REI club! If you haven't - do it! The REI club likely has a website, as mine does. On the website, there are likely forum discussions, just like on DG.com. On mine, you can subscribe to certain topics. I subscribe to the ones where people have properties to sell or are looking for properties. Guess what comes into my mailbox several times a week? That's right, forum entrees from....da da da dum - potential buyers!!! I write down their contact info and waalaa - growing buyers list. And I didn't even have to leave my chair!
Blessings & Favor,
Gena.

Sometimes the most simple of things have the biggest rewards. Thank you for the input. Believe me when I say that I will be doing this....um.....yeah got to go. Thanks again.

Know what truely matters in life, consume yourself with that, and you shall never be disappointed, afraid, or alone. Give your gratitude always, give respect to everyone, and you shall never be anything less than what matters the most. Give praise to the Lord, forgive yourself and others, and with all of this together you will get a taste of what heavens lie ahead.
Hello great thinking. A good way to use all of your resources.
You can never have too many buyers.
I have a Question for all D.G. members. I have been thinking about hiring a marketing company to handle my mailing list. I was just wondering if any of you heard of a company called Sales Team Live. This company is based out of northern California. If anyone knows anything about this company, please inform me about their performance and service. Here is a link if you would like to take a look.

Thank you guys,

Hey Steinway024 - I've tried the internet with no results. How else can I find my local REI club, if there is one? The closest one I can come up with is an hour away?
Hello stein thanks for that info, did some research on the internet and found a couple investment groups in Texas. Another way to find investment clubs in your area is try meetup.com and see what you come up with. If you have a facebook account you can link each one you join on there to your facebook account as well and as meetings are scheduled and any other info comes out you will be contacted. Each of these clubs have a members list and the members have their own profile to where you can contact each one separately as well. So enjoy and start writing those emails. Hope this info is helpful to the dg family here.
