I agree Ali.

How in the world can you truly say thank you to someone, when the depth of gratitude runs so deeply that it brings you to tears. That because of them your life is forever changed.

Dean and Matt.....my two heroes. Two men that everyday, make me strive to be a better person, to do more, push harder, if there is great to be accomplished......good just isn't enough!!

So yeah, there's not a chance in heck that I'll let them down!

I also agree, I am no where near where I want to be , but I am striving everyday toward my goals.It is hard for me to realize how far I have come over the last year.Everyday I am amazed at the circle of people that I associate with daily , the ones you just mentioned above.Like you said Ali ,it never would have been possible without Dean .I need to thank God everyday for ordering Deans books and the RBBP, so thankful I did that.
Thanks for the post Ali and for everyone on this site, and I feel a strong connection with all of my friends at The CASH FLOW INVESTMENT CLUB. Thanks to everyone that has helped me and pushed me.

Dear Ali, I am seconding everything that you, Jen and Jay and Curtis have said!
Attending the EDGE event this year was amazing for me I have a new outlook and desire. My team members have noticed the new additude that I have. So many questiosn were answered for me that I have a clearer direction. I appreciate all of you sooooooo much It was wonderful spending time with all of you.
I just cannot express the passion that I feel. Keith thank you buddy for caring about me and giving me advice. And Ali thank you for your friendship It was wonderful meeting you in person. My heart was pouring over with excitement and gratitude for meeting all of you at the Edge 2012.
I got to spend time getting to know Rina, Gina, Randy, and Jay & Karen better. I met Donna and Valerie for the first time, along with Tom and Jeri, and Ali,Keith, and Jen. I always love to see Greg and Linda. I look forward to getting closer to those I have met, and meeting those that I haven't!
I am thankful and proud to be part of this group. I am SO SO grateful to Matt Larson for the support he has provided to help move us forward, and most of all to Dean. No matter how much we tell him, I don't know if he can truly realize the positive impact he has on people. His unique ability is inspiring people to reach their full potential. Amer,i have some investors tell me not to work with a agent.Dean people are telling me to work with a agent.the investors are telling me it is a wrong way to go when you wholesale deals.

Great post my friend. People need to express there gratitude to the ones who make a difference in there lives, regardless of which way they do that. What I mean is make sure you say thank you to the people who have helped you and always be looking for ways to give back to everyone you come in contact with. Because I feel its been too long that someone cared, been to long that someone recognized goodness, been to long where we were only looking out for ourselves, been to long since we helped each other. That is what its all about. Keep up the great work everyone.

Great event. Rob, Dean, Matt, Lars, Darren, and Bud, all did so fabulous and presented so much energy. I couldn't wait to start the deals. I was trying to cose one while in the hotel room that Friday night. It is a long road for sure but each step is a closer one to the reality of our success in Real Estate. 40 offers, 2 accepted, 1 of those we refused after looking at the property. We had a ot of fun and met ,any wonderful people.

To meet the people (all of whom are mentioned above and then some) who have helped make a very big change in my life! And I'm only getting started!!! I did not have a deal under my belt in time to go to 2012 Edge although I was given a free ticket! No, I'm not crazy. I just didn't have the means to get there! Otherwise I would have been there with bells on! So I am looking forward to next year!
