OfflineThis was the most recent deal I had posted in Indianapolis. I offered to pay a finder's/bird-dog fee of $2000 if anyone could bring me a buyer. I had many try, but ended up selling through another wholesaler here in Indianapolis. From start to finish it took 35 days and I netted $5,000. Not too shabby of a pay day. The owner lived in Florida and at one point, owned over 200 hundred homes here. This home was one of his last 2 to get rid of and he was very motivated to sell. Not only was I able to make this a win-win-win situation, but I met many contacts while working on this deal. On to the next! I long for the day in which I can write my 2 week notice and deliver it to my manager

NO Lenee not shaby at all. I am working on my first wholesale deal now! I have been doing buy, fix and flips. I started workin on getting into wholesale deals right now. Congratulations! It is not the amount you make but the fact that you got through the deal and made it a win-win-win for everyone!

Wholesaling is really pretty simple. If you have been buying and holding, it should be a piece of cake really. I started out flipping many years ago and started to wholesale about 4 years ago. I wish I knew about wholesaling way back then

Thanks Tony! I started in REI by flipping in 2006 and did about 20 flips until late 2009. Since joining DG in late 2009, I started wholesaling to make extra capital. This year I've closed 6 wholsale deals making anywhere from $1500-9000. SO not alot, but my goal is to close 2 a month. I am also working on acquiring a few properties to flip.
