I only had this property for less than 30 days and was L/O in 3 days after the owner moved out. $0 money spent on improvements. This one worked out perfectly and I can only hope that 2015 doubles our 2014 results.

Yay! I love starting off the year great. Me too! I hope to close escrow on the first wholesale deal of the year this month. My goals are to wholesale one deal a month this whole year and starting off this way makes me feel so excited that my goal is highly attainable.
