OfflineALRIGHT...2 homes locked up...3rd home looking good as far as getting locked up...
and I get a call from broker saying looks like in week and half to 2 weeks, Ima be a home owner...HECK YEAH...The house that never dies(if any of you have followed my progress in my journal, some people called this home this) never died, and is looking really good as far as closing...As long as the title comes back clean when the attorney does his thing, and couple other small things get taking care of, the 3 unit multifamily is mine...WOOOOOOOO
so at a 99 percent chance I'd say of closing this deal...
So all the hard work, crazy days, almost losing the deal a few times, head aches, not sleeping at night cause of excitement and nervousness, pushing and pushing, is all paying off...So had to post this cause I have worked very hard...Like I said, the multifamily is not a 100 percent closing, but it is atleast 99 percent...As soon as I hear a closing date, I will def post it...ANGELA,(my biggest supporter) if you jump on here and read this, expect a text in the next week and half or two weeks right after closing...

If we have to learn about perseverance, Marc is a perfect example. He knew what he wanted and he stuck to it. Marc, you remind me so much about the book, "Think and Grow Rich." You know we support you all the way. No one can jealous you for what you have achieved to this point. You had a plan and acted, God said he was not ready to prosper you as yet. thanks...got the hundred percent approval today!!! It is looking like 7-10 business days it will be closing...So i would say by Wednesday the 30th, I could be a home owner...Awesome stuff

as for the other deals(that are locked up-3 that looking to assign or double close), we have had a bunch of hits as far as our advertising, but no takers yet...Chris and I are going to get together tomorrow, and knock a bunch of things out that we need to get done...
