I was ecstatic to see my copy of “Your Town, your Real Estate Profits!” at my door! True to every book Dean Graziosi has written, after getting it in my hands I couldn’t put it down! After reaching the last page this morning, I have to make a confession: My first love has been replaced. “Be a Real Estate Millionaire” has been my ultimate favorite of Dean’s masterpieces until now. “YOUR TOWN, Your Real Estate Profits!” is SO packed FULL of deal-making “recipes” that my REI mouth is watering with anticipation of trying them ALL!!!! And Dean’s easy style of writing (just like in BARM) makes it SO easy to absorb the mounds of information!

From the students featured in the book,(every one of them a treasured DG.com friend!! you’ll love hearing how THEY DID IT!!), Dean takes each of their successful strategies (variations and combinations of what he’s taught) and writes out the details of their amazing techniques in easy-to-follow action steps! Then he adds a measure of wisdom only a great REI "chef" can learn from a lifetime of experience. Surely to be his greatest compilation yet!

I believe ANYONE can take this awesome information, these step-by-step investing recipes, and make them work in their own town. Taking my time reading this one...

I received my book a few days ago, and I am really going to take reading this book a lot slower than the last two. I want to really disect this one. I love all the ideas and experience from the DG family. Really inspiring!

New Book, New love

I guess I am the only one here who liked Profit from Real Estate Now better than Be a Real Estate Millionaire! However, I, too, have a new love: I got my book yesterday and by chapter three I am convinced that this is Dean's best book ever. It just seems to me that each book gets better and better. And I love the free extras here on DG.com that support each chapter.

My partner in investing hasn't received hers yet and she is so jealous! Smiling

Got it today!!!

I received my copy of Dean's book within the last couple hours. (My mail is delivered to an ex-neighbor, so it takes a while before I ever see my mail.)

But life is good. LIFE HAS NOW GOTTEN BETTER!

Got to go. MUST READ THIS COVER TO COVER until I get it.

I got the book in the mail

I got the book in the mail last night and already am on chapter 11.

I've been doing this investing thing for a few years now but am constantly finding new ways to make things happen.

Thanks to everyone here who's been very helpful in allowing me to make a better life for myself and my family


New book is great

I cant wait to finish reading the whole book , but i just cant move on until I complete the step by step plan Grag Murphy has laid out for anyone to do.I live in texas and lease otption to purchase is hard to do. I went to question and answer and posted my problem. But other then that I think this book is right on the money. I also had a problem seeing how to order the new book to but I got back on the DG site a few day later and had a message on the site to order now, so I have my copy of the new book.

Profit from Real Estate Now

I also liked Profit from Real Estate Now better than Be a Real Estate Millionaire. It just had more step by step instructions. In my opinion, if someone only reads the new book they'll be left with a lot of questions. For instance, only Profit from Real Estate Now gives you examples of messages you can post and specific details on setting up your automatic message system. It also gives you step by step instructions on the use of forms for IEE to assigning. I don't understand how all that valuable information can be excluded from the new book and expect the reader to figure them out?

Hi DG Fam:

I started reading the book on Jan 28, I'm about 1/2 way through between commuting and hours at work I lose about 12 Hours a day. I read when I can.

All of Dean's book are inspiring. However, this one is on the money the other books touch on the strategies to use and get you excited; this book gives us the ingredients to get the desired results.

In PFRERN, Greg Murphy's lease option strategy is touched upon, but in this book we learn that a "sandwich lease" is the method that Greg uses to get paid in the beginning, middle, and the end. Read the book and this will make more sense.

Your Book Not Arrived - Don't Be Afraid To Just Ask!!

Hey Everyone....

I too wondered why I had not recieved the book yet. I had also ordered the "Empowering Converstions" but did no remember recieving a certificate for the free book....

So, I just sent them a message and asked!! Megan responded promptly to let me know I was indeed due to receive the book. Thank You Megan!! About a week later, I was excited to see that it had arrived in the mail!!! So, don't be afraid to just ASK!!!

Thanks Rina for the great post... As usual, you are such an inspiration to many, and someone I consider a dear friend in the REI world! I still wish I could have spent more time with you, Laura and the rest of the gang that came down to Phoenix to shoot the "Empowering Conversation" videos... But as you fully became aware, my girls are quite a handfull!

Sorry I have been away a while, but I'm getting back into the flow of everything. Check out my last journal entry and it kinda explains what has been going on as of late... I also talk about a proposed campaign to have some sort of contest to send some deserving DG member, that might not otherwise be able to afford it, and send them a free entry to the 2010 Edge Event. I got mine three weeks ago

but I wasn't able to start reading it until a few days ago.

And BAMM right at the beginning on page 23 Dean talks about google earth and a website he created modeled after google earth. It just so happened that I needed some comps and his website www.totalviewrealestate.com is absolutely awesome!

Not to mention that he also included on page 18 a SEVEN LEVELS DEEP exorcise. Which I am going to do tonight.
So I am just beginning the book! There's tons to come.
And all throughout the book he has FREE BONUSes! Downloads and such.
I honestly don't know how he produces the book so quickly.

Ordering Books

My wife, God Bless her, she ordered a set of Deans Books, but they were the wrong set...What I wanted was the NEW BLUE "Your Town, Your Real Estate Profits" but she ordered the other set by mistake. We tried to call customer service to correct the error but they were closed. We only have a prepaid debit card and very little money so my wife is severely stressed out that she can't do anything right for me and this order meant the world to me...it was for my birthday on the 13th of February; we didn't have any money till now. Can someone help us out with this order before it's too late? The BARM set ran us $80 and the set I wanted was the NEW Blue Book at $40 which has created another dilemma and my wife is mad at me and upset with herself. I sound like a broken record, just need some help here - Thanks.

Corrected Order!!!

Just got off the phone with "Sarah" who promptly assisted me in canceling a recent order of the BARM set. I'll have to refuse any order if should have to show up and the amount will be credited back onto our prepaid debit card. Once the transactions are complete, we can order the NEW BLUE "Your Town, Your Real Estate Profits". What we thought was going to be a real pain and a lose-lose situation turned into a quite easy and supportive environment. The only thing that kinda scared me was the phone warning, about employees not showing up for work due to the weather? buried under 10 feet of snow LOL. Anyhow, the order has been canceled in favor of the new book set with a good customer satisfaction thanks to Sarah and her team. Thanks !!!

This is amazing.

I saw your advertisement on television and thought it souunds good, even if it is a scam, it is worth buying the book and reading. I doubt that it is a scam and I intend on getting a copy of that book.

I have no experience of real estate or selling or what ever, but I am a Jamaican and I just lost my job and was searching for a way of making a life for myself.

Can a Jamaican do it? If I do not have a credit card how do I get paid?

I ordered the book here through the DG Website. I received a digital copy of the Your Town Book and Profit Now books and his probate program. The hard copies will arrive in the mail.

The only thing I can say is fantastik and to Dean I say Great Work my friend.


I Have A Ready Buyer For A Lease Option!

I have a ready buyer for a lease option home and I spoke to an agent who said his seller is motivated and would consider selling on a lease option. I am going to look at the home today.
All the numbers looks good.
Rents for 1,500, and I will re-rent for 2,000. Give 500-1,000 down but will ask for 5,000 down from new rent to own buyer. That's 4,500-5,000 cash and a cash flow of at least 500 per month.

I will ask for a 24-36 month term and a 500 per month credit towards the purchase.
Taxes and Insurances paid one year in advance.

Am I missing any other terms I should be asking for.
