OfflineI'm new to realestate, but excited about it. Most of my time is takin up by work. I think i'm ready to get out of the rat race, but i'm just worried. I dont know maybe it's the fear that I might fail or the fear that it might not work. Feel free to lend a helping hand. People are telling me that I have to have a lisence to do this, but I don't recall reading about that in dg's books. Is it true???

All atempts to find a meetup group are exhausted.. Listings for Windsor area are all stateside investing in USA and the meetings are all heald in Greater Detroit area... Info re foreclosure in Canada is different than conditions stateside..
