My REI strategies are simple and productive.I am a wholesaler and I do Lease Options. I locate properties for retail, cash buyers, and other wholesalers looking in the state of VA and Southern CA. I began to have an interest in REI after seeing my parents almost lose everything due to neglect on their land lords part back in 2003. My goal is to be able to help, provide, and connect people to buy homes who are not able to get traditional financing; but want a part of the American dream, Home Ownership.I am very passionate about what I do!!
