I have plenty of short sales and foreclosures in my area, but no buyers or investors. Any suggestions? HELP!

Not sure exactly another way to contact you on the site so I thought I'd write in your guestbook!

Thank you for joining the
SE WI/NE IL Master Mind group. Originally my intent had been that it would be forpeople near my area where we could meet in person once a month. That isn't how it's turning out as instead others in the region, such as yourself, are looking for a group that is somewhat close to their area. Too far to meet face to face but close enough that we can have this online forum and provide a like-mind of RE success.

You could start your own forum, as I did, if you prefer to have something exclusively to you area; however, I am very glad you've joined this group. I hope you'll post in the group and share your experiences, comment and ask questions. We're all at different levels but all want to find success.

Thanks for the reply. I was beginning to think Real Estate Investing was a foreign language here in Morris, AKA (Hooterville). We actually have a " Green Acres Dr." Anyway, I recieved a call from an investor in Naperville today that seemed interested. I have to call him back tomorrow with the listings and the numbers. I'm thinking they are there but you don't know them yet.
There are some great articles here under buyers and sellers lists.
Gotta build those and then you be the one that puts them together.
