Just wondering if you ever hear of Lynn Stephenson, she has or had (not sure anymore) an art gallery in Rockford & does photography. Her husband is a Dr (Dave) there too. I know it's a big city but sometimes it's a small world!

I am going to lok at a property in 2 hours!I know the seller is very motivated. It's a 4 story aptment building for $300,000. But the agent assures me they will go much lowerr and even do seller financing. I feel over my head. But I refuse to back down. How do i calculate rehab costs and things like that? Also if you have any other advice, great.
