i am glad to have this opportunity to say congrats, and looking forward on your second journey. I am still learning to navigate on the site. hopefully within the next week i can get started.

So exciting Rina! And awesome that you have it all documented here on the DG site! What a great resource for all to read, enjoy and most of all, learn from! Still in awe of your idea to start this whole journaling on the site...what a great value add to DG.com!! It's my favorite place to be!

I also just noticed ---how cool that you ended your first journal with exactly 1000 entries! Just kind of a neat number to end with. Maybe when I reach 1000 messages in my journal, I will have reached $1M Good goal! I gotta get writing!!!

It's great news to hear that you are still going to be available for all of us who are trying to get our Real Estate careers in high gear, like you have done. It is fantastic to have real down to earth people like yourself, one who is so good hearted and willing to help anyone who asks for it. This journal is responsible for motivating myself and so many others. I was extremely sad when you were talking about closing your journal, but now that you have started chapteer two, and titled so appropiately, I'm happy again knowing you are there if I need help.

I was wondering what was going to happen when I went to read your journal the other day and saw that nothing more could be posted to it. The DG staff should create some cute little new icon for those prestigious DGers that have gone onto their 2nd journal, or are you the first??

Thank you (yes, sometimes addiction is good. lol). It’s nice to see people be successful without changing who they are. That’s one of the things I so appreciate about Dean and Matt and so many other DG success stories. I definitely want to follow that example. (also want to keep growing for sure!!! But never let $ go to my head. After all, you can‘t take it with you. )

Louisa, yes, I LOVE to look back and see how everything transpires for everyone. So funny to see the “book” written in real-time. Sort of scary too, cause there can always be twists and turns, but I have to say, it’s sort of cool to note that almost everything that I’ve determined as a goal or “envisioned” in my mind has come to pass. And it wasn’t from being able to “see the future”, but from being able to “SEE” the future. Does that make sense? If we have a vision, we sort of do what it takes to make it come to pass. I LOVE that! And even if certain goals do NOT come to pass, we can readjust (PDCA- Plan, Do, Check, Adjust), because sometimes God knows what’s best for us, an He can add little wonderful things into the mix. Love THAT too!! Btw, CONGRATS again on the BABY!!! What an AWESOME little turn in your story!!! It’s been making ME smile all day.

Dom, No time like the present, my friend! You should start a journal. Sometimes people feel like they need to have accomplished certain things before starting to write. That’s not true. Some of the greatest stories start from scratch. How amazing to be able to watch yourself grow from the very beginning, and no better way to hold yourself accountable Just a thought. Alright, everybody! I think Laura put this in her journal (haven't had time to go look yet) but did you hear the news?????.........

LAURA is moving to WISCONSIN!!!!!!!!! to invest WITH me!!!!!!!! WOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!
We are SOOO excited!!!!!

I was on yet another trip to Tulsa this week (driving back with my daughter and grandson), when she put her own residence in New Jersey ON THE MARKET!!!! We emailed the other day and JUST LIKE THAT, she made the decision to up and move. Laura, I know you had been pondering what to do this year, and what changes you wanted to make, but girlfriend, I am SO in awe of you and your determination!! I LOVE that once you make a decision/plan, you can be counted on to follow through!! I strive to be the same way, and I admire that so much in you!!!! Anyway, I hope she knows what she getting herself into. HAHA!!! Deep freeze and.. and.. well, I guess that's the only drawback I can see to it at this point!! LOL!!! it will be SO awesome to be together, in person, and taking my/OUR REI world by storm!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! ok, I'm a little excited.

We will keep everybody up to date on the Laura/Rina saga. It's been a WONDERFUL story so far, starting almost a year ago with us unofficially "partnering up". Can't WAIT to see the rest of the story unfold!

Have another closing today, used private $, have refi in place, will have another cash-flow property with NMD, none of my own money EVER (maybe I'll call that NOMOME. LOL). MAN, I love this system!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, I'm off to tie up some loose ends on projects and look into some more vacant properties.
