Omrik have you joined a local real estate investing club yet? These associations will have potential buyers for you. Also, google "free classified ads" and your city and state to post several ads at once. Don't forget about eBay and Craigslist for free posting. You can request buyers and or sellers to contact you for great deals. COA Network offers a great voicemail service to keep track of all the calls that will pour in hahahaha! Have fun!!!!!!!!
