Tell me more about the ones you got? Do you own them? SQ FT? How much are the repairs? What is the market value? Do you know how much they would rent for? Vicinity of there whereabouts? I also work with a partner of of mine who represent a bulk buyer and they are looking into SC. They have deep pockets and will buy massive bulk. 80-100 properties a week.
