Anyone in the South Carolina region with some knowledge and real estate skills let's network together. I don't have all of the 'know-how' yet, but I think I will start working on a buyer's list. This way I can at least start to find properties investors actually want to purchase.

I was just in Charlotte for Valentine's Day. I was in the downtown area at the Marriott City Center for the weekend. City life is great, and Charlotte is a fast growing city. I'm in Florence, SC about 2hrs away, but I'am seriously thinking about moving to Charlotte. I feel as if it is more opportunity there.

Furthermore, it does not matter where anyone is located, I will do a deal anywhere the deal is located. It doesnt matter where Dean is...actually no one knows where he is and most of us have never met him but we have given him money, and would partner with him if there was a benefit to us.
I don't feel the need to explain myself or disclose my address to anyone here or anyone I partner with or contract with. I do not put my personal information online for one and not one client that I have ever worked with has known my physical location. If your in business you know how important it is to keep your personal life personal. I moved to the upstate of SC March of 2010. I live 5 mins away from Woodruff Rd and can physically meet with you if you are within 45 mins of me or would like to meet half way if you are further away. Although, many transactions do not require a physical meeting, if it is important to you I will come out to see you.
Karen I do my best to be positive please keep the negative karma vortex away from me and my business. It is hard enough to re-establish my business after moving away from home 14 hours I don't really need the additional obstacles. I hope you didn't have ill intentions when writing that but you have to consider how it is perceived by others. Trust is a big part of this game and I will never have anyone question my credibility.

I could not rid my life of the negativity so I decided to pack up and move away from it so I could have the life that I wanted. That is how bad I want this! I left everything that I have ever known and me and my dog came down here to be happy. I will build what I deserve here now that I have eliminated what held me back for so long.
