I've actually got a friend of my mom's that wants to get out of her property. She's behind on payments, payments are skyrocketing and she's done. So I can pass it on to you for a small fee if it all looks good on paper. The property is located in Norwalk, CA. and it's not trashed, it won't need rehabbing. She's still living at the place.
