I want to welcome you and tell you that YES you can do this even if you are 49...I am 50 and have wholesaled 21 cash deals using none of my own money..other than the gas money to drive to look at properties. This is the opportunity of a life time and the time has never been better in RE for the buyer. You need to start building your buyers list first. You are only as strong as your buyers list. Read Deans book on building the list and read all these topics on the board too. We willbe hearing about your first deal before you know it..and it will happen fast if you apply yourself.

Hi, I'm new to the DG fam. I've had the site for a while but I really just started 2 weeks ago looking at the Vlogs and being involved. I'm starting to build a buyers list right now and I would love it if you could give me any pointers on how to build one without having to go to auctions etc..I currently do not have a car but I would like to get going.
