About Me:

I've always been a driven, determined, hard-working, motivated, entrepreneurial person. I have worked for a mortgage company, a title company, software development companies, a home builder, and had my own business as a custom drapery, bedding, interior design consultant and fabricator. I have always loved being around homes, fixing them up, looking for them, decorating them, marketing them to sell, anything. So, when I saw Dean's infomercial a couple of times I decided to go for it. I had been looking for my next venture and wanted to find something I could grow over a short period of time. I am now a part of the success academy and working hard to achieve my dreams. I am looking forward to helping others, either selling their homes, or building their businesses!

Thanks for stopping by! Things have been crazy busy since I got back. I had a deal and then it fell through, but I am keeping on keeping on! I've been putting in a lot of offers and looking at properties. I actually had someone agree to do a subject to - Thanks to you!!! I knew how to say it! They just got hung up on the lease option wording before. When I switched it up, he thought it sounded great! Only problem was that he needed to much for a monthly payment. But, hey, I learned something and have moved on.

Thanks for offering your help too. I'm sure I will use it! I've been talking with Jeff every week which is helping too. And, I'm going to call to see if I can talk to mobile home mama tomorrow (I went and looked at a park today)

Thank you for stopping by too! SFL is a discipline to be learned (that is what I am discovering!). I haven't been able to play around with it as much as I would like. (I've been writing offers) but I know it is an awesome tool.
