Maybe, Maybe!

Things have been interesting since I posted last. The truck I was going to use laid down on me, but I got another one(way over priced, but the would finance it) and I may have gotten my hands on an $8,000 dollar start up loan. If it works out good I'll let anyone who wants to know the company have their name, but I won't recommend them until everything's said and done. If I get scammed, I don't want to set anyone else up for that. I'm planning to use it to buy a two bedroom I found which isn't supposed to need too much rehab. Looks like I can flip it for around $12,000 profit. Fingers crossed! Still waiting on my books, but if this deal works out, I'll have a good jump start anyway, and maybe be able to pay off some of my rapidly expanding bills. Wish me luck, and happy hunting!

I have a question. Where does the dg team get their comps that are on the real estate analysis section.Where it has Zillow estimate and it says our estimate. Is that the dg teams estimate. how did they come up with it? I know it's not that complicated but I want to do the comps right, to make sure I have a good fmv.
