Please excuse my brashness but the ONE thing that I have noticed on this ride to financial freedom is that IT AIN’T EASY…so please DON’T GET IT TWISTED!!!

You will have to work. Yes, work is inevitable, but, the difference is you’re busting your tail for YOU…or your family or whatever it is that has caused you to make this life altering decision to be your own boss…and in the end…YOU reap the fruits of your labor.

So with that said…

I have been looking at the website of HUD foreclosures, is this a legit one? I wanted to do bird-dogging for a start an my hubby wants to do fix/flip. I have not done anything yet, scared but really wanted to get started.

Dean, I would like to apply for an area manager? First reason is this. I live in the panhandle of Florida. Just in this month alone there are well over 600 distressed properties in three counties alone. In fact I found in one day just by driving around, over 50 properties with a notice of foreclosure in the window. I think that this is a great area to invest in. I would like the challenge of being an area manager and getting the oportunity to learn and grow my business experince to the next level. So I'm going to be applying for the area manager program in hopes that you will select me. As of right now I have a diamond in the rough for a real estate agent. In fact I'm working with three agents from my area and they are finding me good properties to make offers on.

Please if anyone can help me. I am trying to put together a cash buyers list. It seems like im running into wall after wall. I have done alot of marketing with no results. Should i pay for software to find cash buyers or does anyone know of any free sites i can use. Please help i need a list of cash buyers before i put offers on properties in my area.

So I have had one full year of recovery after the first year from a car accident on Feb. 3, 2011. Last Feb. 2012, I had surgery on my knee from the accident. I shifted to learning how to be wealthy after the accident, because it was a real hassle even with insurance, an attorney and it wasn't my fault. My journey to financial freedom has been lonely and confusing; at first, I was sure more would want to join me and we all could ride along together down the path to abundance...

Now it is clear that only I can direct myself to whatever future I want and make of my own lifestyle! That's what I am pursuing, my own LifeStyle - the Gathering Park.
