Thank you for that great wisdom of encouragement, I struggle with fear ever day as I am trying to do this business. I've read the chapter in your book Be a Real Estate Millionaire, the title, Eliminating the fear in your life. It is really helping me to conquer my fairs and just listing to your blog today has just reinforce the desire to not let my fairs cripple me no matter what the outcome is I just need to keep pushing and I will accomplish what I desire in life and that is to be a successful Real Estate Investor. Dean I to exercise and try to eat right keep it up and it will add some years to your life.

Day 60

Well my 30 days quick cash formula has taken 60 days with still no sale yet. I would be more discouraged had I not gone out into the streets and seen with my own eyes the limited amount of opportunities that are here. There are opps, just not many.

I did make some strides forward today, took less pain pills so I was thinking clearer (even tho I haven't passed my stone yet).

I amazed! I contacted a realtor I have used before, and she is so clued in - it's scary, she is sending listings to my new email dollars4houses@**** She is even talking of getting a reahabber contact.

So I better get started on the buyers list right away!!

S.O.S. Need Comments on what to do.

I read your weekly blog today, and you are right I have to keep at it and don't give up.
If you remember me I am the one that had a house that received burn damage, and I need help on learning what to do to repair the burn damage.I am still laid off from my job,and I need to know how/where can I go to get assistance on repairing the house.

Agents banter

I think I have a great agent finally.
She is trying to make offers for me but the REO agents are telling her not to "bother because the bank has turned down higher offers already".

I am not sure how to get my agent past that> she feels like she is being pulled in two directions. Me wanting to offer and the REO agents telling her not to bother.

How to I develop confidence for my agent??
Secondly do we just move on from those properties???
