I just listen to the call.and Jeff hit my numbers right on the head, I have a lease to own buyer ready with 3k. Now I need my motivated seller.I had a seller, but she got offered more in rent than my buyer coud go. Then he touch on my other situtiation. I was looking at a house an this guy pulls up. I asked if he was thinking of buying it. he said he had just gotten it. Now this was in Delray Bch where I live, and after talking with him, I find out he is buying all over Broward County, and hardly ever buy in Palm County. Right place right time. He has put in offers on 2 I sent his way. hopefully he can close and I can get my fee.I`m doing like Jeff say, " EXCEDE HIS EXPECTATION !!!.

I have to listen to it again and take notes.
If I can be so bold and refer back to Dean's December call, He gave us a couple sample ads to use. I consider this stuff invaluable. So I am including it here.
There are several in his Profit from Real Estate Right Now book as well.

Here's one from the call:

INVESTORS WANTED!
I sell homes at 40% off todays already low prices! Call me if you're ready to make money!
xxx-xxxx

In that call Dean also says: "When you can tell an investor or somebody with money that you can find properties up to 40% - 50% off, you will have money being THROWN at you! I promise you that! You just have to get your message out. You have to get your message out in a compelling way."

He also gave us a sample statement you can use when you go to REI clubs. You can use this when you address the members of the club. I am paraphrasing this. It went something like this:

"Hi my name is (state your name) Michael Jones and I have a strategy in which I can acquire houses for 30, 40 and even 50% below the asking price. If you are interested in any of these properties give me your contact information." You can go on and include your contact information as well, such as your phone number, email address etc.

This will build your buyer's list.

You might want to go back and review that call as well as tonights. One of the strategies of course is one you can find in Dean's book, Profit From Real Estate Right Now on page 138.

Thanks for the great call. The part about if your just here to learn "go check out a library book" because its not worth anything if you arn't going to apply it, (not word for word, but i think i got it close). That was like a motivational slap in the back of the head. I want you guys to know that at least for me, it really hit home. Thanks.

this live conference was the best ever! i accually felt like listening!! "i do not like conference calls" but i loved this one! very informative i am a newbee i have jst finished reading deans book profit from real state, i loved it too. i am a beliver and i have already e-mailed afew buyers......
..... more like 15 of them, lol lets see the turn out. instead of waiting on them to contact me i will keep contacting different ones and keep track of my future contacts or possible contacts. trying to be a little more organized! i am looking for more buyers in different towns. oh by the way this site is way kool!! Great job to all and thank you for the oportunity to be part of your family.

Tried to listen to the call

Tried to listen to the call but all I got was a high speed conversion which I could not make out. Is something wrong with the player? Sad

How do I listent to the call replay??

Got an email from dean about the call replay because i missed it and really want to hear it. The link took me here and there is no conference replay(?) SO how do I listen to it??? HELP!

Good luck norapurcell, but you dont need luck as long as you believe. I'm deep into the first book myself and let me say that I cant wait to jump in the game. I know of a killer deal that have a good chance of making me a nice big start in the race! I just have to put the puzzle together.

Excellent. I have been buying ang holding. So when the market changed I didn't know what to do so I have been floundering. BY JOE I think I've Got It!
I was the buyer!!!!!! I didn't need a buyers list because I WAS THE BUYER. Thank you much I believe you gave me the answer.
This is exactly what I needed, almost a month later but thats ok. This was excellent I can't say that enough.

audio problem.

I just heard the call and thought it was valuable and motivating. The only problem I found was that at key points the audio would dip very low to the point where you can barely hear it and then come back a few seconds later. it can be a bit annoying. I hope they correct this for next time.

I noticed in the replay that's exactly what happens.
But I recorded it 'live' as it happened that night. My live recording did NOT drop out as the replay does.
