I'm signed up for the webinar. Just wondering if you still recommend the Roberts group for credit repair. Conrad and I signed up with them at the brain storm weekend last fall. I'm so glad you've got someone to educate us directly. I still feel like I'm in the dark about this whole credit score business.

CREDIT REPORT AND CREDIT SCORE

HOW TO IMPROVE THEM BOTH

Credit report webinar

Thanks Dean, I was hoping for this kind of information since my credit score is wat low.

CREDIT REPAIR

I had a personal loan and repo with the same bank( $ 19,000.00)total.I been making payment until I got laid off due to the repo on my record(gsa job).Thinking debt free this end 2011($8,000.00),now I can not make any payment started this april 01, 2011.I have been turned down by companies because this repo and the bank don't back down. The bank threatten legal poursuit after 30 days.No job yet. What can I do.I can not wait Mr. Dean and Philip. May God bless you for this opportunity.

This is really important

Thank you Dean for this information.
It is so important!!!!
As an investor, and real estate agent, I have seen this with my own credit, and especially with lots of people who want to buy a home. For one reason or another, it seems like almost everyone is having trouble getting a loan, even if they are lucky enough to have a good job. We had a client the other day that had signed the final papers and the deal was signed around by everyone, and then the lender came back and canceled the deal because the lender ran a final credit score check after everything was signed. That is what most lenders do, but our clients score had dropped from what it was when the lender approved the loan. It made a difference in the monthly payment amount, and now our client can not afford the payments. It is a challenging world in real estate right now, we just need to know what we can do to help make it right. Thank you so much for all you, and the people you know, do to help us help others.

Great Information

Thanks Dean,

I fit in to this. My credit score has been above 745 for most of my adult life. I was laid-off 2 years ago and now I starting to get behind. I knew that I needed to keep using the credit I have, and work out deals with the companies to get back on track. Philip just confirmed what I thought.

Thanks for the information.

Why Isn't Money & Credit 101 Taught from Elementary-High School?

keepmylifesimple's picture

LOVE the title of this week's blog Dean! Smiling

Loved Suze Orman's info shown on PBS too called
"The Money Class"--THAT'S what we ALL SHOULD HAVE been
taught since Elementary School!!

This world is SO crazy the way the MOST important things we NEED to know aren't majorly taught in school! Sad

Thanks SO MUCH to Dean and his guest Philip Tirone for the VERY VALUABLE info in THE BLOG ITSELF and for planning the webinar!

Knowledge and especially WISDOM in the way we USE that knowledge is POWERFUL! Smiling

Patty

Love you Dean!

Thats just what i need it my credit is really bad and i'm trying to fix it as i write this i will definately attend that webinar.Without your help and inspiration dean i don't know what i would do and many others on this site that could use that help! As always thanks!

credit

Great topic! Timing on this is perfect. Annual credit report dot com is a great way to get all three reports to dispute any derogatory information filed to the three agencies. Access and dispute online in minutes. No charges or costs associated with the process. To pick up points is simple as well. Revolving accounts work well. Secured cards are not efficient for the points to increase. If you have an application refusal or are "declined" , a co-signed application could be an option for a small credit amount to start. I did not watch the video yet as I'm mobile and my android has no flashplayer for viewing capability. I plan to watch it soon. Great topic though. Thank you DG family . Dean is a very charismatic man and possesses much knowledge through experience. Take action and follow directions. God bless you and yours. Make it a great day!

Credit Score Webinar

I have a conflict on Thursday nights. Will we be able to have access to a replay of the webinar?

Credit Repair Webinar

Thanks for the info. Signed up as soon as I saw this. I have a question for Philip. Should people stay away from companies that say they can negotiate your credit card debt down? How does that affect your credit score? Thanks for always giving us access to important topics, Dean.

22 years of being on time is useless

Sounds like I've missed a lot of gameplay in the credit score arena. Paying my bills in full and always being on time. Don't really need to do that apparently. Always had a high credit score in the 800s until I personally guaranteed my business credit card and I found out it is showing on my personal credit and bringing my score down well over 50-70 points!!! because we recently did the rehab and the small credit line is almost maxed out. Hmmppffff!

BTW, I read the title to your email and that is the same thing my husband says, at least he has a lot of company with him. But if anyone knows me, I LOVE to prove 'em all wrong! Smiling

It is CERTAIN we will SUCCEED! Especially with your help Dean, and the wonderful people like Phillip you expose us to. Laughing out loud

credit score

I look forward to the webinar so that I can learn even more about the subject. Thank you Dean for caring and wanting to see us succeed.

webinar re credit scores.

definately include me in this one. i would like to know how one on limited income(soc.sec.)can get a real credit card as opposed to a bank issued debit card from master card or visa.i have beendenied them becase of the source of my income.

Credit or value

Dean I knew this would happen. Finally ready to do a deal and here comes the contradiction. What do you mean better credit score to get loans and refinance.I am ready to deal with a hard money loan based on the value of the property and refinance based on the value of the property. Now a credit score is needed?Say it isn't so.Come on Dean say it.Anthony2010

Credit Score

I have been waiting for something like this Webinar. We have always had good credit, but I just couldn't understand how they came up with the score. This should be great information. Thanks Dean and Philip!

Score

It is an important finance strategy in the game. My credit is so long gone if only I can gain in again what a relief that would be.

Hi Dean!

This webinar sounds great. Unfortunately, I have to work that night. I hope you will post a replay of the call.
I don't have any negative or incorrect information on my reports, but I do have a high debt-to-credit ratio. I have a lot of credit cards with high balances and high interest rates. I have been trying to get my rates down but the card companies seem to just laugh in your face when you call them about lowering them. Any suggestions?

Rick
