I like all three. I lean toward buy low and rent out for positive cash flow as my favorite.

Positive Cash Flow!!!

Hi Dean-- I'm definitely more interested in buying, and renting for positive cash flow. One day, I hope to be successful in doing this all over the world. Think internationally too!

Keep up your excellent work, Dean! God bless.

IPAD Offer

Since I already have 8 properties which is currently cash flowing, I am more interested in doing some quick cash deal currently. Which is wholesaling or flip. Once I got the chance to flip a couple of properties, I will like to buy additional properties for rental for long term cash flow.

I have more intrest in: 1. buying low, renovate and sell for a higher profit, 2. buying low, renovate and hold for a few years for the income and (hopfully) the appreciation, 3. wholesale buy and flip. I have a construction company and am very good at remodeling and renovating. I have just started/learning the Insiders Edge system and am excited to do my first deal I am looking forward to getting to Las Vegas for the training! Jim Cleary

Wholesale

I would like to start whole selling. I have not done it before but figure its a good start into the real estate journey. Thanks, Dean

Loved your workshop. Right now I am in Bankruptcy and unemployed. I have always been interested in so many aspects of real estate but was always a team person, working with another person. Hard to come by. Thanks

I like the buy, fix, rent and wait for the market to sell strategy!

Wholesaling

I like wholesaling because I like to simplify people's lives by doing the matching for them (stick out you hand and just say hi) then letting them know that the search is over.

Winning the iPad

Hi Dean,

I am interested in wholesaling, to build up capital. Thank you for this opportunity to win a valuable tool. If I am selected, I look forward to moving forward right away, with buyers and sellers.

Thank you for your generosity.

Fix & Flip

I prefer to fix and flip that way I don't have to deal with renters. I have had several bad experiences even after checking them out. So fix and flip works for me.

Interested In Everything, but.....

I actually just came back from one of the 3 day Insider's Edge workshops. (Stephen Edwards was awesome by the way, Thank You for having a a teacher like him Dean.) I'm actually mostly interested in flipping low, low cost properties and selling them to buyers for under market value. I like the fact that its a win/win situation and I get to help people have a home to live in for a great deal where they already make thousands in equity just by buying the property.

However, I was unable to afford the advanced training and no one would lend me the funds to finance my future. I felt so bad about not being able to do it it literally brought tears to my eyes. (Who doesn't want financial freedom and security for their children right?)

So for now, I will be doing wholesale till I get the funds to afford the advanced training and then move on to a bigger and brighter future making all types of deals. I am starting to build my Buyer's List today!

Remember, obstacles in the road may beat you down and slow you down, but it can not stop you! The only thing that keeps you from moving forward is YOU!

Real Estate Investment Strategies

I have done five buy and holds, but would love to learn wholesaling and the lease options, though that is not one you mentioned. Thank you for the opportunity.......and thank you for the continued reminders to take action and perseverance. You have remarkable talents that we can all learn from!

Hey Dean,
Since I do not have good credit at this time. I am interested in Wholesaling. I hope I can get to the point where I can buy and flip the property.

Thanks again!

Wholesale!

Wherever Inner Circle leads me!

Actually short term flips to generate cash, allowing me to acquire long term investment properties over time.

Ipad Contest

I'm into Wholeselling for now. Income later.

Wholesaling

Personally, wholesaling is the thing for me right now. It not only builds up your networking for the want of trying but it also builds up your financing for other opportunities.

But, wholesaling for now, this I am certain is the thing for me now.

Take Care,

Mark

Wholesaling

Since I'm just a beginner, I'm more interested in Wholesaling. That may change once your techniques make me rich Smiling

iPad contest

I have done all three, however if I could only do one, using private money to buy low and fix up and renting out gives you everything, cash flow, appreciation, tax shelter and principal reduction, so I would say
Buy low, fix up, hold and rent out

I like wholesaling

But My husband want to buy cheap homes and fix them up to sell for big cash

Right Now...Wholesaling!

Hi Dean,

Due to cash and credit...wholesaling would be the start, than buy low - fix and flip for profits!

Thanks for your constant creativity and desire to inspire!

All the Best,

Annie

Looking For more

I'm new at this, and unemployed. I jumped in with both feet but need to do assignments and double closing right now. But I do want to rehab and hold for income when im able to.
