Hi, I am interested in everything, as long as I get to learn to do it all. I just got my license Oct 2010 am so excited to sell buy n rent. So far I have sold 3 homes and I love the way I'm getting them done in 15 days. I want to invest in fixed upper in the future n I want that to be my priority and wholesale will be my second option, thank you

Wholesaling is what I am currently focusing on, for reasons you have mentioned.
( No Money.) And besides, who wants the headaches of ownwership when you can do a quick flip, get in and get out without pouring any sweat equity into it.
But that is currently one of my interests, is wholesaling.

I've done retail buy and sell real estate but my ship sunk doing it 5 years ago. I woke up with the TV on in the middle of the night with dean's infomercial and It hit me in the face wholesaleing!? I didnt sleep the rest of that night thinking about it no risk no credit and I can still make money. wholesaleing will be my future and what I prefer. great system dean.

I am most interested in buying low, rehabbing, and renting out. Having said that I am also interested in buying in bulk, rehabbing some of the properties and wholesaling the rest of them.

I would love to do some fast turnaround deals, however my time is extremely limited.

Wholesaling would be the best technique in my personal situation. I could put forth effort in making buyers and sellers list with little financial strain and reap the benefits!

Thanks for this weeks blog. Of course, I would like to do them all;hoever, I need to focus of the immmediate need for cash before venturing off into rehabing for the bigger spread or future payout.

My goal is to do two wholesale deals a month (to pay the bills) and one rehab (for cash flow or possible larger spreads.)

Living in California it is not easy to come across "cheap" property. I am interested in buying below retail market and holding on the property as rentals and then later on, when the market increases, sell for a profit. I currently have 4 properties to date.
