I am a brand new student, therefore I am most interested in wholesale, seems like the best way to begin. In the future I would do all of the above until I see which gives me the best results.

Hi Dean. I have yet to do any type of deal, but wholsaling would be a good place to start. Eventually I want to buy and hold to build my retirement portfolio. Thanks for all you do.

What have been trying to do is get something to wholesale for quick cash but it is either I'm not following instruction are I just not in position to do the things that are required to acquire that buyer list. right now all I have available to me for obtaining a buyer list is my computer and don't have any other way.

I'm really in to wholesaleing but I'd like to buy and hold also.

I would like to buy low, fix and flip. Once i have some seed money accumulated, i will buy, fix and rent.

I need wholesaling and someone to help me get my first successful deals. I have no money to pay for this service, but I'd glady share or part with the commissions involved as payment if my mentor, or partner, stays with me until I do at least one deal on my own. Buying houses really cheap And Rehab, the property if needed! To me it just seems like this method would be the most profitable in the long run Dean. I have the crew to make this all possible, and I'm still reading your book to see how to make this reality. I don't mind "putting a little grease on the elbows" So this option weighs out all the rest so far, but I'm still learning.

I would like to do wholesaling and pick up some cash, then buy a rental for income flow. I have 10 years experience in the rental business in the late 1970's and early '80's but I'm out of cash right now and I would like to get started again.

I am trying to buy foreclosures/short sales from banks.

Wholesaling is the best option, considering overall disposition of current economy.

We are more interested in the fix & flip, like to see the change in the property. We are currently working on a lease purchase fix and flip. That way we don't have any money other than the rehab cost, it is also helping out the seller by getting their credit back on track, a win for all of us.

I like to do whole sail first, then definitly I will add buy and hold for +ve cash flow.

Hello Dean, I am mainly interested in Wholesailing and working the middle. I am cash & credit poor. This process will assist me in gathering the funds to place myself in a better financial position to flip and buy & hold for rental property. Thank you much.

I am currently working the "buy and hold" strategy. My reasoning is this... to get to a monthly cash-flow level that will enable me to quit my job and focus on the "buy, fix & flip" strategy - which will replenish my funds for more "buy and holds".
I really need to get this going because my current job has me working a MINIMUM of 6 days a week. I am told by a woman (that I think is my wife) that I have two children, and they even live at the same house I do ( I wondered where the occasional empty cereal bowls were coming from). It would be nice to see them before they finish growing up and move out. Spending time with the family would be a great change of pace.

I must admint I have several favorite things, Food, hmmm tought choice, child cant decide, so I want to wholesale first to pay off the debt,
then buy and hold make some positive cash flow, then sell when the market recovers.
