I'm more interested in Wholesaling.

When I attended the seminar a couple weeks ago I was very mildly disappointed. I went to the seminar so Psyched that I was going to learn a little something about the technique. However I felt I walked away with next to no knowledge and the entire seminar was only trying to sell me the program. I think that the first encounter could be significantly more enlightning for the potential investors.

Would like to get money now to take the stress off of both of us.
So wholesale is are choose to start with,but later it would be nice to do Probate,than later go further with fix-up rental.

Since I'm just starting and have no money OR credit, I need to whole sale a few properties. My ultimate goal is to aquire a two hundred plus unit apartment complex. I want to be a full service real estate company. I want to do everything including the claen outs and probates, rentals,vacation rentals, and flips. I also want to build a self storage facility and automatic car wash. I'm not stopping, I just mailed my LLC paper work in today and I am starting to beat down the doors of potential investors. I'm on-board with lord and he is going to allow me to answer my own prayers, to give my 3 beautiful children a safe and fulfilling life. Thanks to this web site and the success academy my failures have been few and my winners are many. Once I get my first deal done I will really have a sense of acomplishment.

I would like more infornmation on purchasing cheap, fixing up and use a rental. Positive cash flow.

As my experience and confidence increases I will be involved in all aspects of real estate investing. I'm hungary. I like money.

My dream would be to get paid to help people stay out of foreclosure and keep their home.

But of the three above, I would like to buy cheap, rehab and sell. my Dad was a contractor and I like the hands on. I find it frustrating to find rent to own places for way over market price and only in bad neighborhoods. I think people should be able to buy properly priced homes or rent to own properties in good neighborhoods, not just bad ones.

I like to buy low and hold for cash flow. I have flipped a few. I would not be opposed to wholesaling if I could get enough volume. I may have access to a loss mitigator for all the banks in a few states i.e. getting to bid before the bank actually takes them to market.

We are most interested in wholesaling right now. We wracked up alot of debt the past few years and need to pay it off. Once that is done we want to flip. We have flipped, LOL, in the past and would love love love to do it again. Thanks Dean!!!

Dean I prefer to fix and flip to retail buyers. I use hard money from a private lender so I try to move them as quick as possible. I am interested in buying and holding properties for cash flow. I am trying to get my credit score improved so I can use banks money to create a good cash flow deal.

Just starting out - want wholesale now.
Would eventually like to do all three.
