Great Idea Dean,

We have decided to buy low fix and flip, sell
to retail buyer. Still working on our finances.
Real Estate is starting to come back in our area.

May the best man win!!!

Thanks for another weekly video blog.
Have a great week.

At this moment, Dean, I'm in

At this moment, Dean, I'm in need of additional cash. Therefore, wholesaling interests me the most. You and your entire team have the most wonderful ideas.

Wholesale Deals

I would love to do all three strategies but I think that wholesale deals would be far more exciting to complete a deal and profit using none of your own money sounds much more exciting. I also think that we the D.G. Family should have video blog training so that new investors with no money or credit that have more fears than others would be able to see first hand a deal being done by an expert. I believe that this type of training would be more detailed and more effective and allow a completely
new investor to start earning money much faster!
And would take away most if not all the fear that is stopping so many of us and crushing there dreams. REMEMBER SEEING IS BELIEVING.

Blog# 138: Wholesaling and Cash Flow

Hi Dean,

Enjoyed the blog as always. I would like to work on wholesaling first to have available cash; then I would purchase for cash flow.

Wholesaling!

I am more interesting in Wholesale!!!

Buy and Hold with Some Wholesaling

yualis's picture

Mostly buy and hold over the years but looking into wholesaling for quick cash as well.

Never Win but Prove me Wrong

Wholesale is the first choice but this is due to my comfort level of buy and hold.

Dean, I want your Ipad!

I have demonstrated 23 years of buy and hold for cash flow and eventually making a big profit when the market turns around.

I'd rather buy, fix, rent it out. It is better and you are constantly receiving money so you know you'll be ensured you are getting money within the next month.

I want that IPod !!

Thanks for this opportunity-Dean.
To answer your question, I like all three of these options. However I favor #3, + cash flow. I looking to develop a long term sustainable income and I am of the belief that a true and proven way is through income properties. I alreay have one income producing property but I need more. This is where whole saling and flipping would come into play.
Whata you think? I'm looking for that IPod.

Thanks

I Love Them All

Yes,I love them all Dean!
But if I have to choose,I go with WHOLESALING
for now.
Thanks

WHOLE SALES

gregfebles's picture

right now im more interested in wholesale just because i don't have any money and my credit is kinda crappy. but eventually I wanna buy and rehab properties and rent them out so i can i have positive cashflow coming every month. then sky is the limit after that. i wanna be the next DEAN GRAZIOSI!!!!!!

If I have to choose just one, it'll have to be Wholesale

Ultimately I would like to buy and hold. However, in order to get there, I need to first build capital with wholesales, then rehab and flip... and then have properties that cash flow.

And then I will be able to jump out of bed in the morning, open the window, put on my best Dean impression and yell GO!GO!GO! to all the creatures streaming down the road heading off to their J.O.B.'s. Then I can crawl back in bed, grab my iPad and see what's new on DG.com.

Oh... and don't worry Dean, I'll keep all of your embarassing secrets...

What a gift.

I am anxious to do my first deal in wholesaling. I am thankful that there is such an option for all of us to regain our investment quickly. However, wholesaling is only the stepping stone to do retail and build true wealth. I have joined the the success academy and look forward every week working with my personal coach.

Quick Cash

Because of where I am right now (financially) I would try to start out wholesaling to get some start up funds, it being the easiest. After getting enough funds to feel comfortable, I would buy low, fix and sell to a home buyer. I can see it now.

Right now wholesaling and Buy Cheap, Rehab, and Flipping.

I look forward to enjoying that IPAD.

Thanks

Feedback for Dean

I need quick cash from wholesaling. Thanks for working hard Dean.

I think all three programs

I think all three programs are good. I am a new investor short on cash so I think that wholesaling should be first then buying cheap for flips.

I would like to try wholesaling

I would like to try wholesaling but now I trying lease sandwich option . But no foreclosure yet.

Wholesaling to start

With good credit but little cash to invest, wholesaling would be ideal. Let's see what you got! Best, D

iPad raffle

I personally like wholesale for jump start.

Buyers and Sellers Lists!
