CASH FLOW
I would rather buy low rehab if need be and hold. To me this is the essence of REAL ESTATE investment. Of course selling at a high is great to but holding the PRIME properties to rent for monthly income is better.

I'm interested in buying cheap, fix up (whatever needed) rent or sell with a profit margin (spread).
If I have to choose ONE.......
They all have their advantages and with all the renters out there today, buy and hold is the way to set up for a good future....however, until my cash flow is better WHOLESALING is what I must do. Still not a bad alternative. Thanks for the unselfish heart and putting your ipod out there for an incentive!
loaded question for a loaded IPAD
Wow...loaded question for a loaded IPAD...I am interested in buying and holding, {Twist} using whole selling as a means to get there. No matter which stratigy you choose you still have to plan an exit. So I need to master learning how to make the quick cash (Whole sales) to get to the larger payday of hold some props. FYI, would like to TRY once a fix and flip. Just to see and feel what it is like. Those TV shows make it look painfully fun. Its hard to pick one but right now have 4 rental properties and would like to wholesale to generate income to keep buying and holding. Thanks for the opportunity.

My real estate interest is in....
all of the above. However, my main focus is in buying low, rehabbing, and renting. Especially in the current state of the market. There are so many opportunities to find real estate at well below market value, which is itself depressed, that in the years to come, when the market begins it's recovery, I expect to see triple and quadruple gains (and more) on home prices compared to the prices paid in the current market.
A little bit of all three
I'm currently working on Wholesaleing, but I have one deal purchased foreclosure and have listed on market to sale which was buy low and sell after rehab.
I'm currently looking for deals to buy and hold for rental for positive cash flow at this time also.
I have my second deal in site to purchase from bank who I purchased my first Foreclosure from and they called me to see if I wanted to purchase three deals from them and I will purchase one and flip to church across the street.
My interest
I am interested in doing wholesaling ASAP.
I have ran out of my own money so I need Quick CASH. My partner and I are not getting anywhere quick or even at a snales pase.
Buyers are not coming in quick enough or if I find a buyer no property to provide them.
