We are so sorry that you are having a rough time. It sounds like you are working, but not getting the results. We have had many hardships also including some health battles over the last year that made things difficult.

We recommend spending a little time evaluating what's worked and what hasn't worked. If you've invested a ton of time and money in one area and have nothing to show for it, see if there is another area you can focus on that takes less time and involves no $. Have you narrowed down a strategy that can work for you? Find one strategy and try to work through it.

As for not having luck in your local market. We also haven't had the greatest luck in our market, but have taken some chances and gone elsewhere. We've done deals in 8 different states and are always trying new things.

Take some time to evaluate why you chose to do this in the first place. See what hasn't work and what may still work, but hasn't gotten the focus it deserves. Then talk to your coaches and with all of us. We are here to support each other and wish you a better experience in the future!

I sent you a pm earlier. My partner and I met on this site over a year ago, we have fallen on some hard times as well. I lost my mother to cancer in Novemeber and my partner has lost his job. You have to look ahead and to the future, don't focus on whats dragging you down.

Maybe you need to try a new technique, you can quit today and the deal of a life time could become available tomorrow and it is your loss. You can't give up. Through everything my partner and I are making progress everyday and we have rental properties. It may take a while to get your first deal, I know it took Randy on this site 9 months to land his first deal, and after that he was making deals left and right.

Dean is the best teacher and I know for a fact he cares about helping people and chaning the lives of many. If you fall you get back up, you will prob. fall again and again, but the more you fall the closer you are to getting where you want to be. Don't quit or be upset. You are holding yourself, if you talk negative then you will stay in the same situation you are and nothing will ever change. You need to think positive, talk positive, do not give up and you will get to a better place and make some deals happen.

At times life can become very overwhelming and the most important thing to remember is the things that are most important to us at that point in time. This is what life is all about and can help us get through our bad days.

There can be things that happen that are out of our control but we do the best we can and it often makes us stronger. Sometimes we do not understand why things happen but we do our best and that can be life sometimes.

I want to commend you for taking action and trying to make a difference in your life with real estate. It is not easy but it takes a special person to take action and try. I have seen and known a few people that went into business for themselves to chase the American Dream! Some did okay while others lost everything.

Most people may talk and say "one day I will....." but they never even try. Thus, you took action and tried! You will always know you gave the best effort that you can. The day will come when you will want to try again and when that day comes the DG family will be here for you! I hope to read more of your additional posts in the near future. You can do it! I know you probably don't want to here this right now but please don't give up. I do know from experience that the success acamandy does work. It took me over 9 months to close a deal and I was putting in 70 to 80 hours a week. And spent every dollar we had and borrowed money anyway and anywhere I could. Now the good side of all of this I have closed over 30 deals in the last year with O money and a bankruptcy, The one thing i did do was everything that was ask of me by the success acamandy, And yes I do owe the success acamandy and Dean's loyal staff for my success.
