Hi Dean and welcome back. Hopefully the breathing difficulty you’re continuing to have will not last too long. I am glad to hear that you’re going to take a vacation. I can’t think of anyone who deserves it more. If something were to get you down that you couldn't recover from in a day or two, I think the result would be somewhat like a long row of dominoes standing on end, in a line, and the first one being knocked over. We all know what happens next. Please take care of yourself. Although a lot of people rely on your guidance from day to day, you’d be hard pressed to find one who would want it at the cost of you flaming out. I’ve known a lot of people who, not unlike yourself, seemed to be in perfect health on the outside but were brought down by a tiny blood clot. My brother, my only sibling, died from a blood clot while he and his wife were packing their suitcases for a Caribbean cruise. After his wife called 911 and did what she could, to no avail, she opened the front door for the EMS workers and there was a package leaning against the door. It was their tickets and itinerary. I’m not trying to be dramatic here, I’m just seeing what appears to be your lifestyle and, although I pray for you and your family, God expects us to be good stewards of the body and brain he blessed each of us with. I’m sorry if I sound preachy or if I’ve ventured into an area where I’m not welcome, but you can’t stop me from caring and for wanting the best for you, which includes a long, healthy, happy life.

Your son is about as cute as they come. How proud you must be. You have been richly blessed and the new time management offering you so generously gave this week will help you ensure that he gets his Daddy time every week.

So, we now have a time management program that we will benefit from every day. We understand and appreciate that you paid a great deal of money for the training you received that included the time management routine. As we manage our businesses from day to day and assign each item to its appropriate column, we will remember you with gratitude, fondness and great respect. Thanks for sharing with us a valuable process that can help us organize our work and our days, thereby reaching our goals sooner. Thanks again, Dean and…
G O D B L E S S Y O U and your beautiful family.

I like this method. Its so easy to get overwhelmed, I'm going to use this for sure to get more organized.

thank you Dean

Steven

Thanks Dean!

Welcome back! This weeks blog is a subject close to my heart, and what it has done for me is to give me the much needed organization to get the things done that are important to me and the balance to not only do the things i love to do with my family but to have the time to do the things that seem harder for me like talking to sellers or to buyers, etc. This blog kind of brought it all together for me. Much appreciation.

p.s. Can't wait for the next blogs!

First time

Dean,
Yes,I am here. I am reading, watching and listening to all of your material. I am really excited about all the information and assistance and at the same time nervous. I feel if others can do this then so can I.
Enjoy your much needed free days with your beautiful family and hope to see and listen to more information from you soon. Your son is adorable by the way.
Thank you,
Maria

Yea thats good info. But Im a procrastinator I cant get in gear. In fact I started a procrastinators club, we have plenty of members but we hav never even had our first meeting, we keep putting it off. Just kidding I got an offer pending on a house but Ive advertised and cant get a buyer its an REO and the bank wants cashed out. Its about 50% of FMV and it cud generate tons of over the mortgage cash flow so it wud be a great rental, needs paint. Lenders want good credit and a work history, I located som hard lenders but they want to do a back to back closing charging $2500 that wud b OK cuz its such a great deal. Anybody want to partner with me? and help with financing.

Great e-mail and Video

Thanks for the 'great tips' for success.
I am hanging on with interest and desire.
These steps will catagorize, helping in daily living, business interest and time (day) management.
Thanks for all your encouragement!
Have a great vacation with your family. Cute little fellow there to help you!

Entrepreneur Time System

Dean,
It is great to have you back on. Thank you for the valuable advice as to the subject above (entrepreneur time system). Focus category is very helpful to me, as I am easily distracted. Buffer category is valuable as well to help me get over my tendency "not wanting to do what I don't like", including my tendency to procrastinate.

Can you or someone in the DG family give me the e-mail address of Greg Murphy. Would like to contact him, as I need some further help in using his improvised lease option strategy.

Thanks & God bless you,
Daniel Ajamiseba

New to all

Dean,
Yes, I am still here. I am presently reading, watching and listening to all the information I received. I am really excited and at the same time nervous about this new venture. Your presentation on Entrepreneur Time System makes sense. This technique appears to be useful in almost any setting. Enjoy your much deserved free days with your family. I will be looking forward to more information and training.

Your "mini me" is adorable. You info is priceless!! Thanks. Have a wonderful, relaxing, vaca.

Your son.

Loved the information, loved your son more.....made me smile, what a stinking little cutie, puts me in mind of my great grandson who also makes me smile.

Take Care of Yourself, please, PLEASE, PLEASE

As usual your blogs are always on time and always personal to me. I personally have trouble with time and scheduling when to do what. I think some times that I need 48 hours instead of the 24. I know that I need to get more sleep for one thing. I really love this blog because we all forget to stop; a thought comes and there we go!

By the way, SELLPOINT is what I had been looking for. A fellow student mentioned that she placed houses to sell on a website and I was looking for one. Thank you for this one. Of course, I GOT IT, it seemed to be a time frame to get it.

But, please, please take care of yourself.
